| I am 16 I just started lifting after football season and i am taking whey and glutamine and i work out everyday one a different body part wht else should i do to get big. |

| eat well, and a good intake of protein over a certain period of time will certainly do the job..... specially BCAA.. it worked on me..... love it!! |
