I was going to say I haven't seen this log pop up to the top in a while. A month off will slow you down temporarily. You'll be back up to normal with in a month I would bet.

Tried to do squats today for the first time in months. After the 135 warmup set my hams were tight. I tried to stretch them out but they were still tight and kinda hurt. I don't want to take any chances so I said fuck it and gave up the squats. mad.gif
