Tried to do squats today for the first time in months. After the 135 warmup set my hams were
tight. I tried to stretch them out but they were still
tight and kinda hurt. I don't want to take any chances so I said fuck it and gave up the squats.
Weak as fuck on chest too. Time off blows.
