what can i say, some more PB. This routine, which ended today, was i think the best gains ive ever gotten.

Weighted dips

Flat BB bench
245 x 1 didnt have great form, but i got it up nonethless

Yeah, I've thought about doing a power phase ending with a meet. I haven't ruled that out in the future, but not in the next few months. Maybe, I'll do it between my next shows? I would do it partially for the learning experience too. I wouldn't use any suits and crap though. BB'ing is my main goal though.

My bench is my weak part though due to triceps strength. I am not a huge flat benchpress fan either. I prefer the other angles for growth.

Of note, I also squatted 315 for 11 reps nice and low and did 265 on the decline for 10 reps.
