Yeah, I've thought about doing a power phase ending with a meet. I haven't ruled that out in the future, but not in the next few months. Maybe, I'll do it between my next shows? I would do it partially for the learning experience too. I wouldn't use any suits and crap though. BB'ing is my main goal though.
My bench is my weak part though due to triceps strength. I am not a huge flat benchpress fan either. I prefer the other angles for growth.
Of note, I also squatted 315 for 11 reps nice and low and did 265 on the decline for 10 reps.

seat barbell military press (not smith machine) wasnt feeling that good but still pr all three sets 195x6 205x4 205x4 and seated db shoulder press 75x5 75x5 75x5
