Acetyl-L-Carnitine Powder
do you guys know if alcar or cm are vasodilators in any way? because if not, I can still take my eca with them pre-workout. does anyone take them pre-cardio? also, is there a real noticeable difference in stacking them?

when you say CM do you mean citruilline malate or creatine? citrulline is defintaley a vasodilator, but you could still take it preworkout

this doesnt make any sense. ECA's effectiveness is not affected by the overall vasostate (yeah, i made that word up, but it fits) of the body, but rather, the vasoconstriction is just a side effect and usually a bad one at that.
