If you aren't going Keto, simply mix it with a scoop of Gatorade/Powerade power in your mid-workout shake. This is what I do, and it couches the taste quite effectively. Or, simply combine it with your pre-workout whey shake (
ICE + good chocolate whey tastes kind of like liquified Raspberry fro'-yo for some reason...[at least to me])
If you seriously limited carbs, Sugar-Free Kool-aid mix/Sugar-free Crystal Lite mix &/or just plain old sucralose (like Splenda) or stevia can also be used.
Be inventive; it's actually not that difficult a problem to address.
And, of course, you can always just give your
ICE to me; I'll make sure it's put to good use...
