Hello,
Is there something that can counteract the negative side effects of
yohimbine?
Whenever I take it, it causes a dose-dependent amount of anxiety /
nervousness. Also, it causes major stomach upset and frequent trips to the
bathroom with loose bowels.
However, I have found it useful as a motivational drug, I seem to be
much more 'on-task' when i use it. I always take it with caffeine which
also seems to have a dose related effect on side effects when combined
with the yohimbine.
I usually take 2.5mg yohimbine twice per day along with 50-200mg
caffeine twice per day. Recently I've only been taking caffeine because the
yohimbine side effects were too much.
I've heard of a theory
about NDMA receptors releasing dynorphin causing these side effects.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

The only good way to avoid this side effect would be to deliver it locally. You may want to try Lipoderm.

You could probably also take some drugs to mitigate it but they may interfere with its effectiveness and could just be more trouble than they are worth. There are other fat burner options.
