9/25/06-

!! Wowza. I weighed myself this morning to begin this log and I clocked in at 204 lbs!

But the odd thing is I look SLIMMER than I ever have at that weight. I've been on XCEED, CELLMASS, used LIPO-6 Recently along with LIPIDFX...and I don't look pudgy and my jawline is visible. Usually for me to look like that I have to be around 185-175.

Regardless...we begin!

Initial thoughts:

The Red Acid came prompt on friday. The bottle is almost the same except the Logo is now RED instead of white with a cute GEN 2 cursive above it. I should know these things, I'm a graphic designer.

I got all excited to open up the bottle and smell the CANNABISATIVA smell the original Red Acid had, but the new ingredients make this smell like...well, nothing!

I do like that the dosage is 2 caps instead of 3. sucking down pills is annoying. Sucking down more than you have to is worse.

It's now 10:11 am.

I took 2 caps RED ACID at 8 am.

Followed by a breakfast of Oatmeal and a 2 scoop protein shake.

I am doing weights today to see how the Red Acid gets me through the workout.

Initially I felt a jacked up buzz. Almost anxiety. But it wore off and now I'm feeling fine. I actually had to resize and redo this whole project at work here and I did it in an hour. "Gotta be da Acid!"

11 am- Handful of Walnuts

1:10 pm- Package Albacore Tuna, Yogurt, 2 Super EPA caps, Bottled Water

5:30- preworkout RED ACID caps, XCEED
Nice clean workout buzz. Didn't last long after.

6:10 - Cellmass, Post workout shake 2 scoops Whey.

7:30- Chicken fajitas, no wraps.

9/26/05-

Another fun filled day in traffic. I didn't even make it to work! Some sort of hit and run deal.

Anyhow. Woke this morning, 2 scoop whey shake, oatmeal, 2 caps REDACID.

10:30 am - 1 cup low-fat yogurt

12:00pm - Handful of mixed nuts, 1 packet of tuna, bottled water

2:00 pm 1 slice of pizza

I had a big CRASH at 4 pm...Don't know if it's the RED ACID or not yet.

6:30- Chicken Fajitas

Ice Hockey game for cardio 10:30 pm.

How long did it last, and was there any "crash" ?

I felt a crash yesterday...deep one. But I'm going to obviously give it time to see if it's the Red Acid or part of my own regimine. The energy doesn't seem to last too long..but I'm only on the 3rd day.

Bright and early!

9/27/05-

Woke up around 8. 2 caps RED ACID, Oatmeal, 2 scoop protein shake. Bottled water.

Noticing a slight anxiety feeling coupled with lethargy....Maybe it's from the hockey game last night.

12:45 pm- 1 cup yorgurt, 1 packet tunafish, bottled water, handfiul of mixed nuts

Weight training day. Took 2 caps RED ACID before working out. Decent workout.

2 scoop protein shake and CELLMASS after.

9pm- Grilled Salmon and whole wheat pasta

Morning wake-
9/28/05-

I usually have the same breakfast...2 scoop protein shake and a bowl of oats. So if this is getting monotonous you know why. (Add a bottled water)

I took 2 RED ACID before and I've noticed everyday I don't really get a nice energy but more like a lethargic awakeness...hard to describe. It doesn't truly motivate me. I'll keep you updated..

I'm still alert and it's now 11:34 am.

1 Yogurt smoothie.

9/29/05-

Lost the hockey playoffs last night...but got a good deep sleep.

Woke around 8, Oats, Protein shake, water, 2 caps RED ACID.

9:23- Still getting that 'lethargic stimulation' I was talking about earlier. I feel like I could go to sleep on this, but if I close my eyes they won't stay shut. Not getting any sort of energy from this product currently.

12:30- Bottled Water, tuna packet, yogurt

This weekend had a METS/NATIONALS blow off game, got a lil' slopped up and ate some garbage. Still dosing my RED ACID though, even with a hangover.

10/1/06-
I now know the lethargic effects are the Red Acid after taking my dose today. It's an odd feeling and isn't a energized, positive one.

Bowl of Cheerios this morning.

Off to watch some football!

Woke at 8.

Oats, Protein Shake, 2 caps Red Acid Bottled Water

Have an appointment today so I'm going to miss my weight training session. My arms are strained sore in my forearms so it will be good to give them another 2 days rest.

Lunch: Tuna Packet, Yogurt, 2 Bottled Waters

1:30- 2 caps RED ACID

Same ol' shi'ite!

Some of you are probably wondering...where's the hypomanic pictures and condescending blurbs like my last log? This boring douchebag! Well, I started a new job and to get all cutsie like that might get me busted when I update it, so I have to keep it short and sweet.

Bowl of oats, protein shake, water, 2 RED ACID

I am beginning to think I don't like this new version specificly for me..I'm sure other users are doing fine on it..but whenever I dose the Red Acid, 30 mins later I feel lethargic, 'hungover' and tired, but the kind of tired where you can lay down but not go to sleep. It also produces high anxiety in me for some reason...something the other version did not...maybe it's the new ingredients...I'm curious to see what weightloss benefits this may have...but I am tempted to end this log due to not being able to put up with the effects of Red Acid....my water intake is high and my diet is basicly in check...

12:40 pm- Yogurt, Tuna Packet, bottled Water

2 Caps RED ACID

Had a big dinner last night, but I also did weight training...It was a seafood platter so hopefully it's somewhat better than other processed garbage.

I used NO XPLODE before my workout...I thought the NO XPLODE SHITS were a myth.

They are not.

I'm dosing RED ACID in the am and then again around 12:30-1:00pm...like the bottle says morning and noon.

I'm still getting the lethargic, tired yet awake feeling from this GEN 2

This morning I have a bowl of Cherrios and a protein shake...bottled water.

Chicken Fajita wraps at Baja Fresh at 1:30 with 24oz bottled water. 2 caps Red ACID.

3:50pm- Small cup of yogurt. Going to try to hit the gym for cardio before my METS play tonight.

One of the Gen 2 doses should be pre-workout or pre-cardio, but in YOUR specific scenario.. let's try a split dosage:

1 cap morning
1 cap mid morning
1 cap noon
1 cap afternoon

One of those caps should STILL be pre-workout or pre-cardio.

I'll try that. I don't get to the gym as often for cardio as I'd like..but some of those days I've been in t lift I've dosed 2 red acid beforehand and didn't feel much in sense of energy...hoping the fatloss capabilities make up for this.

10/9/06-

Had a nice splurger weekend because a buddy was in town. I still managed to dose the RED ACID at 4 caps per day...even being hungover. That wasn't a treat.

Today, bowl of oats, protein shake, bottled water, Red Acid.

Still getting the heavy mind feeling of lethargy coupled with anxiety. Trying to drink more water per day to see if this offsets it.

12:30 pm - Whole wheat pasta, light-sauce, bottled water
