to start off ive done my research and have purchased venom 3.0 (if you plan on taking any supplements do your homework before you get yourself into some serious
health issues) make sure that you know your families
health problems such as heart, blood, your systems, any diseases...etc.
1) Cocoamine™: According to the advertising material I read, Cocoamine™ is a proprietary "unique cocoa extract that provides the
health benefits of chocolate without any of the unhealthy ingredients."(http://www.ultimatefatburner.com/venom-hyperdrive-review.html)
(this may be the reason why you feel all cracked out like your on the top of the world in the gym and your heart hurts)
in the beginning of my use of venom i underestimated the power of this drug and didnt feel that the info on the bottle was true so i started my cycle with 2 capsules a day in
one setting after a hefty breakfast so that around lunch time my meal wouldnt be so huge. and eventually while i was in the gym id feel as though everything slowed down and i started blacking out. (BECAUSE MY HEART WAS RACING SO FAST) so once i came back to terms id go back to what i was doing then after about 5min id get the feeling again. once i started restricting myself to 1 after lunch time my day would feel a lot less consumed with eating. so going from weighing 290 to 240 over the course of the summer. it does pay off to come back to school having all your school friends notice you've gotten a lot less chucky.
for those of you that want to take this supplement id say that its not that bad of a supplement especially if your
one of those impatient people that do eat healthy and work out every
other day. but if your
one of those people that sit on you ass with any chance you get as well as eat every last serving the bag of chips in
one setting not watching your calorie intake then i really would say that you should not use this product for start offs. all you need is some dicipline like taking the classes at your gym on a fairly regular basis. eating the things that are good for your diet (and dont pig out)
