I've been on a LOT of thermos and regulators and I really want to give my body some time off because I've taken some pretty potent stuff and some I don't even feel a difference... Seems like my body has just gotten used to it all but I was wondering what should I try (milk thistle, etc...) to restore ENTIRE body, liver, etc... function... thanks for replies!

I would recommend using Leptigen in conjunction with a topical 7-OXO-DHEA concoction in a transdermal carrier matrix.

I find Leptigen is phenomenal at:

1. Restoring/promoting a sense of psychological well-being after trying periods
2. Boosting energy levels & mental focus/acuity.

These two benefits aside, it is also quite excellent at scourging free-radicals in the body and detoxifying it.

I also recommend the 7-OXO-DHEA as a nice way to promote a positive, athletic phenotype while also suppressing cortisol & promoting a positive nutrient partioning milieu in the body.

I highly recommend both.

All of these supplements are excellent at improving general health/state of mind... along with my dosing recommendations:

Acetyl-L-carnitine, 2 g
ALA, 100-300 mg
Green tea, 500 mg+ EGCG
Lecithin, 1-2 tablespoons
Vitamin C, 500 mg
Whey protein

And, of course, a multivitamin. We also just got a liver health supplement you may be interested in.
