I will post my thoughts on this product in this thread. I have started a log here. I am stacking Yohimbine HCL w/ Scorch, so, technically, this is a Scorch + Y-HCL review. I will post Scorch-related thoughts and comments here and general info in my log. Day 1 Took 3 caps + 2.5mg Y-HCL ~30min pre-workout. I noticed a tad more sweating during lifting than usual. This effect was much more pronounced during my 20 min. cardio session. I usually start sweating around the 7-8 min mark and will be drenced by the 15 min mark. Today, I hit drenched by the 10 min. mark. Took 3 caps +2.5mg Y-HCL ~ 30 min before lunch. I went to Subway. By the time I was on the ride back to the office with the food (~ 30 min after taking caps), I definitely felt *warm*. Since eating (~1.5 hours ago), I've noticed a couple instances of actually sweating (forehead, top of head), kind of like if I were to eat hot peppers.

I don't know anything about Venom. I picked Scorch because of the ingredient profile. It was a tough choice between Scorch and H.E.A.T.. I had been on caffeine + green tea for awhile. It works well.

 (good thing I wrote some shit down) Day 3 (2/14) Took thermo dose before my cardio/core session. The 30 min. elliptical seemed easier than usual. I almost thought about going for an extra 5-10 min., but I HAD to get home. I was pushing it w/ 30. I had a fan pointed directly at me w/ no oscillation, so sweating seemed normal. Of course, without the thermos, I would have hardly sweat at all. Took another dose before lunch. Again, I was getting the sweat on top of the head thing like when you eat hot peppers. I like this, especially since I've been working outside in the freezing cold this week. Day 4 (2/15) This Scorch Y-HCL combo has been consistently warming me up. I've been sweating a lot more during my workouts and have had the urge to drink a lot more water, as well. Funny thing happened after my second dose. I popped the dose (hahaha reminds me of my druggie days) about 20 min. before lunch. I pulled up to Sonic and waited from my grilled chicken wraps to come out. Well, about 2 min. after I ordered, I started feeling hot and itchy on my ears, face, and top of my hands and arms. I looked in the mirror and my face was bright frickin' red!! But, my eyes had white circles. Looked like I was in the tanning bed too long. I started to get worried, but remembered that this was a common occurrence and was just skin flushing. I had a a sweatshirt on as well as a insulated flannel jacket (it was cooooold around here). I franticly stripped them off and had sweat rolling off my forehead. I kind of kept my head turned when the girl brought the food because I didn't want her thinkin' I had some weird disease. I go there a lot and our work trucks are very recognizable. After about 10 min., the flushing subsided and I felt *normal* again, though obviously still a little warm. I'm surprised this is the first time that this has happened. I'll expect it to happen again. Day 5 (2/16) I was sweating like crazy by the time I got done w/ the leg press this morning. I have to keep pumping in the water. My body almost seems like it is demanding it more than just feeling thirsty. Scorch + Y-HCL + Xtend has really helped in keeping strength and endurance levels up during workouts and cardio. Day 6 (2/17) - off Day 7 (2/18) - off Day 8 (2/19) - took one dose in the morning. It stayed off my hunger until 12:30. Day 9 (2/20) Again, sweat was out of control today. I have to take at least 60 sec. to wipe down the elliptical when I'm done. I will say that I'm looking much better in the mirror and feeling much better with the "pinch test". The lower ab/pelvic lines that extend down into the pants are becoming more defined. My back flab is going down nicely. I can always tell. I pinch it everyday as a determinant of my current pudginess. It's getting thinner. Muscles are standing out more... losing the stay-puffed look. I like it. I can't say that Scorch is the sole cause, as I've been training consistently and dieting somewhat consistently. But, I do believe it's helping. If I worked a primarily manual labor job, I wouldn't bother with it. But, since 90% of the time, I'm sitting at a desk, every little bit helps WRT increased metabolism, especially when raising metabo w/out eating.

 Day 10 (2/21) I've been noticing some issues with my heart, it seems. I don't feel this after my dose in the morning, but usually after my dose in the afternoon. It's almost like my heart feels *tired*. I'm going attribute this to the Y-HCL at the moment based on its method of action. I've only been taking 2.5mg per dose, so that seems a bit low to be having these issues. But, I'm going to finish out the week with it and see if my body adapts. If by next week, I'm still having these heart/chest feelings, I'm going to drop the Y-HCL and see if these symptoms subside. If they don't after a week of being off Y-HCL, I'm going to drop it and Scorch until it subsides. I figured that after a week, my body would have adapted to the low dose Y-HCL, and I planned on upping by 2.5mg each week. 5mg/dose this week, 7.5mg/dose next week, etc. We'll see. I taken my morning dose over an hour ago and don't have the chest feeling. As I mentioned, it only seems to happen after my 2nd dose, and the feelings persist through a good part of the evening. Update: I took 2nd dose ~ 1 hour before lunch, and I had the chest feeling right before I started eating. But, only if I took a deep breath. I felt it if I leaned back, stretched, and took a deep breath. My heart rate wasn't too exaggerated - ~70bpm. But, my heart felt like it was beating hard as hell... almost shaking my whole body when it beat. But, this only happed for a few seconds (~15) after doing the stretch thing. Just sitting at my work desk, I didn't have the feeling I've had earlier in the week. This combo is keeping me pretty warm. I like it, especially sitting at my desk at work. Hopefully, I'm burning some extra calories. I used to hit the floor w/ some pushups and do some BW squats about every hour just to get the heart rate up a little. I may start doing that again.
