hmmm what makes you think hes juicing?
its not like hes a beast or something, if he did have 6 years to lift and at 5'10" isnt it quite easy to get to 200 lbs?

not saying u are wrong, just wondering what makes u think that

Its cuz he's very muscular and very lean, he's in his mid 30's and now suddenly he adds like 40lbs of sheer muscle to a previously notoriously ectomorphic frame?

I'm sorry but thats pretty weak, the guy's been lifting since seriously for the past 3 years.

CT doesn't have to work, does nothing strenous besides lifting, he can afford all the best food you could possibly eat probably prepared, has a personal trainer, and shit ton of money to blow on any supplement combinations he could possibly want and you say because he's in his mid 30's and an ectomorph he can't put on 40lbs in 3 years without steroids?!!!

The guy's been lifting since he was 16, and you could tell he was starting to put weight on in those ATT commercials like back in 2000 or whenever those things were.

You guys crack me up, I put 10lbs on in less than 2 months with the JW/BAM stack so if I run that shit 4 times this year, I'm going to be accused of steroids?

Shit give me someone scrawny with all sorts of money and I'll have them cut and 30lbs heavier in 1 year without steroids, I guarantee it. Pay me enough and I'll even cook your meals!!! wink.gif

Carrot Top video:

Make sure to watch at about 14:20....if you watch the whole thing you can see he gained gradually by how he looked in his old stand up stuff, you can even tell he was muscular back then.

Not that I know whether the dude uses gear or not; but I love how people are so quick to call any ripped guy they see an AAS user.  I would think people on this forum would be less ignorant than that.

I totally agree with you on that one.....ridiculous.

Please dude, the guys in his mid 30's. Throughout his whole career he was a serious ectomorph. I saw him 4 years ago in Vegas and he was maybe 145lbs. Look at his old long distance commercials from the early 0's he was skinny as a rail. Suddenly in 3 years he's packed on 40-50lbs of solid muscle after training for 16 years? It's not like he put the mass on gradually over 16 years 5lbs a year. He's put it all on in the last 3-4 years. Guys who have been training for 12+ years don't suddenly start packing on 20-30 lbs a year of solid muscle. And no your not going to add 30lbs of muscle to an ectomorph in one year of serious training drug free. Next your gonna tell me Jay Cutler is drug free

You're absolutely right. Don't worry about Azfit, he's just a pessimist who thinks anyone with a good physique is a juicer

30lbs of mass in one year is perfectly plausible. But there is a big difference between 30lbs of mass, and 30lbs of pure muscle. Plus lets not forget he's been a fitness buff his whole life, been working out for 16 years, and suddenly in his mid 30's he suddenly packs on 40lbs of muscle after years of dedicated training? That seems a little hard to swallow

Maybe he didnt want to be big and bulky due to the "Rolls" he had to play...whichever the hell they were.

But...who the fuck cares??? I could care less if hes a juicer or not...doesnt bother me any.

I don't care either. But I still find it hard to swallow that he, or anyone suddenly packs on 40lbs of pure muscle after years of training and not really gaining.

Nobody gives a fuck if he uses or not, we were merely discussing the fact that everyday people who have no training experience are always quick to judge those who are in good shape. And sadly enough, it seems that guys who call themselves bodybuilders are starting to fall into that category and point fingers at people too, looking at this thread. Personally, I think carrot top is a giant douche; but give credit where credit is due. When I first got into bodybuilding I put on 30 lbs in a year and a half, and people started asking me what kind of steroids I was using. It pissed me off because at the time I had never touched anything besides creatine and I worked my ass off for every single pound I gained.

Actually, he wasn't. I remember watching those commercials and seeing that the douchebag was clearly diesel, at least in the arms. It was noticeable.

Barry Bonds was also in his mid 30's has lots of money which means he can afford a personal chef, personal trainer and has 24/7 access to top notch gym equipment in the offseason since he doesn't work. He's completely natural.

In order to make your hat size grow, should I do compound movements, or iso?
