aww man, my legs hurt like a bitch today.

i have a hard time getting up from my seat without having some bad aches.

what a great workout yesterday was.
i was actually surprised to see the new PR's since my eating habits been crappy the whole week.

I was in the same boat a few months back, day after legs I was a hurting MoFo, couldnt move around very good, well my damn morning coffee hit me really hard and I had to shit right then, not 5 mins from then. Talk about a sight, damn legs killing me and I couldnt run to the bathroom fast enough.. I can laugh about it now... biggrin.gif

Dirty Bulk is the way to go for strength. Just eat anything available when ever available.

pull ups-5 repsx 3 sets
lat pull downs- 170 lbs 5 reps 2 sets
barbell rows- 175 lbs 5 reps 3 sets

dumbell curls- 50 lbs 8 reps 2 sets

reverse curls- 70- lbs 8 reps 2 sets

yeah my form was great, i was real surprised that i can pull that much. even my pull ups were much more controlled than other back days. it was weird.

how often are you hittin the gym and how often are you hittin each muscle? are you takin any naps through out the day? are you taking any multivitamins? there are several different possibilites as to why your always tired. your body is obviously trying to tell you something, not sure what. maybe you just need a day or two off from the gym completely? figure out what the problem is and learn from it. good luck!
