Legs are ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED.
Hit the legs hard on sunday and they are still VERY sore.
Squats
135 lbs 10 x 2 sets
225 lbs 10 x 2 sets
315 lbs 10 x 2 sets
365 lbs 3 x 3 sets
all the movements were slow and controlled. Really tried to feel the legs working.
45 degree Leg Press
405 lbs 10 x 4 sets
Leg Extensions
50 lbs 10 x 2 sets
For the leg extensions, I did the negatives slow
and squeezed the legs hard for 2 seconds at the
top of the movement
Legs were absolutely dead afterwards.
Couldnt do cardio, let alone walk properly.
Felt sick, halfway through the workout with a pounding headache.
Probably dehydration despite drinking 2 liters of water throughout the training session.
Vomited into my mouth several times while training
but i swallowed it back up.

Great workout nonetheless. Thought of pussing out even before touching the barbell for squats. But I thought of the INBF competition in Sept.
