You may think $30 is a lot to pay, but you are almost guaranteed to get your package in 2-3 days depending on where in Canada you live.

Global Mail aka Deutsche Post aka DHL uses a sneaky method of bulk shipping of packages through Customs (no, they do NOT go to Germany! Deutsche Post bought DHL and is now the largest postal company in the world. Just check their website), and then re-mailing them via Canada Post.

Blame them, not BN. And blame yourself for thinking you're getting a good deal by sacrificing speed and reliability for a few measly bucks.

Besides, I challenge anyone to find another supplement company that offers a lower price for FedEx!

I placed a small order of just plasmajet on the 24 of April 2008. From what im reading i should expect to recieve it in like late july possibly augest if it even comes. I live in Hamilton Ontario and like most Canadian customers will most likely boycot BN and shop elsewhere.

LOL after reading complaints and believing i would have to wait 3 months or so i get my shipment. It was only like 2 days more than the 5-10 days they say it takes which is no big deal.

I still haven't gotten anything and they won't reply to my emails.

I am experiencing the same things placed my order in Feb and I am still waiting for it, I guess it gets here when it gets here, put I wished I could actually get a hold of someone from BN to talk to, I have let about 6 messages up to this point, I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY PACKAGE.
