Hi guys/girls,

Here is my starting info:

28 years old
Starting weight: 192 lbs
BF%: 22-23 (acu-measure)

3x 2caps lipo-6, EF liqui-caps
3x 1 tab vasopro ephedrine

monday, tuesday, wednesday, friday - taining iwith weights
thurdsday, saturday, sunday HIIT 20minutes

Diet: 200+ g protein per day divided in 6-7 meals, 2.5 hours apart, lots of water, multivitamins, liquid amino-acids

after 10 weeks including 2 weeks off the ECY stack.....

weight: 184 lbs
BF%: 14!!!

If you can please do...I'm thinking of running this stack as well and would like to see some before/after pics.

Btw...have you used the regular Lipo-6 before? Was wondering if the new luqui caps were better/same.

I never used Lipo-6 before but this i used is great.....Someone wrote that he contacted nutrex and they said that lipo-6 needs about one week to start kicking.

so you are saying that in 10 weeks you lost a total of 16.48lbs of fat, and gained 8.48 lbs of lean body mass. from stacking lipo-6 and vasopro and eating well. congrats. i was thinking of trying that stack. don't take this the wrong way but your results make me scepticle of the accuracy of you bodyfat tests, only because they are so good. i hope for your sake they accurate, thats really immpressive good job man.

no, need i'll take your word for. its just that adding 8lbs of muscle while trying to cut and not taking any ph's is awesome, and still managing to drop 8-9% bf. anyway good job.

I wonder just how much more effective those liqui-caps are compared to the EP capsules (powder)? The powder caps have been working well for me.

How far below maintenence calories were you?. Good work, though where is your head in the before picture!?. How do we know its you?!. Hard to believe you were over 20% bf in the before picture, doesn't really look like it. I'm about 13% right now and my gut isn't flat. I think I have the same calipers as you. The Fat Track II Gold digital?. Its white, and comes with a Myotape?(sp.)?.

when i calculate all my calorie intake i'm not over 2000 cal/day. Yeah thats me, if you want i'll take picture of other side of my body, so you can see my aapendix scar also, if you don't believe me.

I don't have digital caliper with myotape. I have acu-mesaure caliper, i think it costs 11$...

Ok under 2000 each day with the amount of exercise you do yeah it would be possible to loose that much fat. I don't think you bf percentages were accurate though. Good job, I just don't think the you lost that much of a percentage of fat and added as much muscle as estimated. It is a very dramatic change, but trust me it wasn't from the lipo-6. It was the amount of excercise you do for the amount of calories you take in. I do believe you lost fat and kept most of your muscle. I am also jealous since I have a hard time losing fat!

I didn't say that all is from lipo-6, but last year i tried HOT-ROX, Hydroxycut eve VPX's CLENBUTRX and i didn't have results like with LIPO-6/vasopro, diet was same, training was same....only thing i changed is cardio from 30-45 minutes to 20 minutes of HIIT 3x week.

My opinion is that LIPO-6 is great product and in combination with vasopro i'll give 10 stars in any review.

I hope that somebody will find this reviw useful and i'll keep posting my progres because my goal is to drop to 9-10% BF then i'll hit bulking... biggrin.gif

That's awesome results in 10 weeks! Heck, if it wasn't for the surgery scar, I wouldn't have believed it was you but some lame-ass before-after pictures you see on TV. It seems like you found what works for you. - Congratulations.

It looks like you gained some muscle too. What other supps/PH/PS were you taking?

I think Fran said he wasn't taking any Phs at the time, but was planning on running a S1+ cycle in the near future.

I'm gonna do the same thing and take some before pics and then some after pics in the weeks to come to check progress. I'm gonna get the Lipo ordered today and see how it goes. Hope to see some results like Fran. Hell...you could be their poster boy with those results Fran!

Did you find that true for yourself? It's been a week for me and really haven't noticed anything yet. Started full dosing last Wednesday.

I'm not holding anything against the Lipo, though. First week was bad for me on training. Work has been hell lately and have been stressed out beyond belief. Needless to say my diet has suffered (not eating bad...just not eating much at all) along with a luckluster workout on my part. Things should improve this week with work, along with being more dedicated in the gym.

Skate, I started my lipo6/ephedrine stack last tuesday and have been in the same situation as you with work. Usually I eat great at work but last week we were so busy a couple of days I ate very little but I seem to have benefited from it. I started at 157-158 and about 17% bf and now I am 155 and 15-16%. How much are you dosing? First 2 days I did 2x2 of lipo and 1x2 of ephedrine, thursday and friday I did 3x3 lipo and 1x3 ephedrine.

Yeah....

I had same experience. Just be patient guys, everything will be ok. Results will show up.
After 6 - 8 weeks, take 1-2 week off.

I have 15 days left of that stack. Now i'm 180 lbs, 12% BF........1% BF per week... cool.gif

Yeah I'd be pissed. Try telling the dumbasses to go look at the ingredients to Sudafed and realize the only friggin difference is that it's the synthetic form of ephedra. Man people are morons.

Hoping my training gets better this week. Work was looking to get better this week, but found out that one of my forklift drivers passed away this weekend. So it's come as a great shock and loss for us.

Fran, thanks for the update on that. I'm being patient (well, trying to anyways!). Hopefully I'm be seeing at least something by the end of next weekend.

Good luck to the rest of you guys on it. I've been on full dose since last Wed, so we'll see what happens. Kinda fun we got a bunch of us running this stack to compare notes as we go.

Skate and rest of you guys,

I will post some pics in few days. That will be after 15 weeks with 2 weeks break. I think that i'll reach my goal in next 3 weeks....10 % BF.

If you are interested in my training routine while on stack, here it is:

I'm doing 3 weeks of supersets....6 excersises, combined 2by2, with 4 sets with 10 reps per excercise, 20 per superset.
Rest is 60sec btw excercises in superset.

After 3 weeks, i'm doing 1-2 week basic excercises in 4 sets with 10 reps, little heavier.

I don't haave cheat day and i'm doing HIIT, thursdays, saturdays and sundays, 24 minutes on stationary bike.

I hope that my review was little helpful for you and i guarantee that you'll have results like i have.

From september 1st i'm hiting bulking phase, so if you want to me to write review on that please let me know. That will be S1+/Methyl-1,4ADDiol stack with different diet and training.

No, its not my girlfriend, but I picked it because it looked as close to what my gf looks like as I could find searching on Google. One of these days shes going to say yes when I ask if I can photograph her. I just can't wait!!!! My gf was blessed with the perfect genes (her dad is a doctor and her mom is a big wig for American Express). Both of her parents are in amazing shape for being in their 40's. You should see her mother (and her breast implants!) My dad always told me to find a girl with a great looking mom...words of wisdom I guess.

Been busting ass in the gym this week, so hopefully I'll see some gains (well, loss actually) by next week. Found a nice little HIIT program I can do on the stair monster and it's been working good. 30 sec sprints followed by 45 sec jog.

I feel like I am totally wasting my stack. I got a shin splint monday so I am screwed for HIIT. I am going to order some new shoes this weekend so hopefully they get here fast and hopefully that fixes my problem.

Your not screwed for HITT, you are just screwed for running/sprinting style of HITT. You can still get a great workout with a elliptical machine or stationary bike. Simply try and find one that doesn't flex your shins that much or have a lot of impact. I hate running and constantly get shin splints, so I reset and focus on another way. Don't give up bro- just be more careful and pay attention to treat your injuries better. If the doctor does tell you to stop, then stop.

Now after 17 weeks i'm 178 lbs at 12% BF.......2% more to go and then bulking phase.....

I've done it on elipitcals too and it works pretty good. I have a hard time running (on pavement/track) after a few days. Starts to tear my knees up something horrible.

Ok...this stuff is starting to look REALLY promising after being on full dosage for a week now. I'm waiting until Monday to post feeback on results so far.

This week I did my normal lifting routines, followed by HIIT on a stairclimber. Doing a 15 min program (for now) with 10 minutes of it beeing dedicated to sprinting/jogging. The other 5 min is for warm-up and cool down.

Finally got measured last night and used their little body fat % thingy. Don't know how accurate it really is, but at least I'll have a starting point for comparison purposes down the road.

In regards to the b/f scale...how often do you think I should check it? Every day, once a week, twice a week??? Since I don't know the accuracy of it I'm wondering if I should do it every day and take the average from the numbers.

Guard - are you running the Lipo-6 as well? I'm losing track on who all is taking this right now. I know a bunch of us are.

I know you shouldn't just go by your weight and all, but man I about dropped a load when I got on the scale today. Like I said on Monday I'll post some results. Want to get through the weekend and see how things compare with days off from training. Won't be able to hit the gym on Sat or Sun, so tonight is my last for this week. Plus it's leg night...won't be able to do HIIT for a couple days anyways! tongue.gif

I'm glad you like it Skate. I know that everyone who try it will like it.....That stack is great in long term for slow fat burning but quality one...

I'm also glad that my review help all of you guys to decide and give this stack a shot.

Im currently on the Vasopro Ephedrine/Prolab Caffeine stack and its definately suppressing my appetite. Its only been 3 days and I already feel trimmer. I will be adding Lipo-6 next week.

Debaser,

If you start taking the Lipo, make sure you drop your regular caffeine pills. The Lipo has 200mg caffeine per dose (eqivilant to 1 caff tab). Otherwise you'll be bouncing off the walls.

Yup...stuff is starting to look good guys. Only made it into the gym 4 days last week. My dumbass roommate didn't pay the electric bill, so had to find other places to crash since last Thursday. Needless to say it kind of screwed things up a bit over the weekend.

So, even with missing the gym on Friday & Saturday, plus doing a little binging over the weekend, still lost about 5 pounds. Hopefully this week goes better and will see even better results next week.

This is after 17 weeks. BF is 12%, weight is 180 lbs. Few more days and i'm finished with ECY stack for this year.

Just be persistent and with proper diet and dedication you'll get great results.

Now i have new misison: "to gain dry muscle mass".....S1+/M1,4ADdiol stack...

Been doing good in the gym lately. Just had things screw up cause of my roommate last week and the in turn messed up my workout schedule. Plus like I said I binged this weekend. Oh well, had a hell of a stressful week at work, so it was a good relaxing weekend break. Gonna hit the gym at least 5 days this week. Hoping to get 6 in, but depends on work (as usual).

Way things are looking, by this coming Monday (the 30th) I should have lost nearly 10lbs in 2 1/2 weeks...not bad considering gym time hasn't been the best as of late. Been doing good on the diet at least.

I am on my 3rd week so far of the lipo/vasopro stack. I have not been doing cardio and still I am down 1.5% bf. I take it mon-fri and take sat-sun off. First 2 days of the week I usually dose at 6:30 when I wake up and again at 4:30. It can be somewhat intense when you get started. I notice when I work out my head tingles a little bit when I take it 3 times a day. I am definately cutting up around the mid-section. Thats a hell of a tan you got fran.

If you have no money maybe just do a e/c/y stack. Lipo6 has 120 capsules and serving size is 2. You can do 2 or 3 servings a day so 25-40 days approx. I get 25-40 because of a necassary break somewhere in there. I take off weekends.

I've tried a lot of them, but this stuff is working wonders. It is worth the money. I had a hard time spending the money on it at first, but now that I've been on it solid for 2+ weeks I'm glad I took the plunge. Looks like I am on track...as of this morning I'm down 9 lbs.

Fran & you other guys taking this stack - Anybody get an upset stomach sometimes about 30 min after dosing? Usually it's only the morning dose that bothers me. If I don't eat something within about 20 minutes of taking my morning dose I feel like I'm gonna puke. Not sure if it's the Lipo or the fish oils that are making my stomach upset. I've run EC in mornings before with no problems. It's no big deal...like I said as long as I eat farily soon after dosing I'm fine. Just wondering if anybody else has had this happen to them.

It's fish oils.....When i take them, first i have upset stomach then after some time i get bloated like baloon... laugh.gif

LOL...well, it's gonna take more than a few weeks, but thanks tongue.gif I'm looking at a few months, but things are looking good though. Figure I'll probably run about 3 bottles, take a week or two off of them, then hit it again.

Had a feeling it might be the oils. I get bloated as well from them. At least I've been on them long enough now where I don't get the fish burps as bad (thank God!).

In my opinion Fran, you shouldn't have any problems while drinking on a EC stack. I've drank before while running that stack and had no problems. I would advise against taking a dose prior to drinking, since you will have a stimulant and depressant (alcohol) working against eachother. Other than avoiding the two at the same time you should be fine.

I'd be doing some celebrating too after your results you got!

Did you use stack like this before?

Anyway, start with low dosage for a few days but since you're the girl i think that 2 dose a day should be enough for you. You'll have great results, just keep your diet straight, workout, and do some kind of cardio (HIIT if it's possible)

One piece of advise I can give about the stack is to eat often. If I get busy and cant eat when I am supposed to (every 2 1/2 hours) I start to feel dazed and get a little stomach discomfort. Once I feel this coming on I immediatley eat but I can imagine it would get a bit worse if I put off the meal to long. Just something to keep in mind if you guys start to feel funny on this stuff.

Hey thanks!! I'm looking to start a HIIT cardio program.. Never did one before so I'm not really sure where to begin. I'll most like be doing it on the stair stepper...
When I'm in the sprint mode what intensity/resistance should i be at and what should i be at in the jog mode.. Maybe i'll have more fun doing that then plain ol' cardio.. that is so boring.. i love lifting weights too.. my only prob is that i was in a car accident 3 yrs ago and me left shoulder and arm is real messed up.. my back too. i have nerve damage, scar tissue, induced scoliosis.. it's a real pain. but i still work my upper body.. just pretty lighty.. i work me legs pretty hard though..
and other ideas on a workout ideas for me??? thanks for all of the help! you guys are great!

Things are still going good...as I said before should be down by at least 10lbs this coming Monday. Wo-hoo!!!

I agree with Speakle...I usually eat within 20 minutes of dosing. Any longer and I get an upset stomach. But like Fran and I were talking about I think it's the fish oils that bother me in the morning. Other times of the day I'm ok.

Janelle...shouldn't take you too long to burn off the fat you want. This stuff is great, and if you incoporate a HIIT routine it'll do wonders. 113lbs...God my legs weigh more than you do! lol biggrin.gif

i guess the only part of my diet that stays in check is that i drink tons of water.. i hate pop and coffee.. eveyonce in a while i'll have some cranberry juice.. but other than that. i drink water.. well, accept for when i go to the bar.. Haha..

anyways, i checked out that link for the HIIT program.. i guess i am still unsure the intesities that i should be at.. maybe i can find some extra info on the net..
or i can ask one of the trainers at my gym.. (wierdly.. i'm waiting for my test results to become a certified personal trainer.. but i have never heard of the HIIT program before. I took the ACE (Amerinca Council on Exercise) exam.. another 1-3 weeks until i get my results.. i took the test 3 weeks ago.. it really sucks that it takes so long to get the results..).

Oh.. and also, i'm going to school to major in Exercise Science/Nutrition.. But I haven't started working towards my major yet.. (still doing generls).. needless to say i still don't know much haha.. but i love to work out.. it feels so great to be in the gym.

With HIIT, basically you just want to go balls to the wall for 30 seconds, and then follow up with 30-60 seconds of jogging (i.e. recovery time). You can do it on about anything machine wise.

I feel I have to say this to all the new HIIT people. If you do nothing else right with your HIIT training make sure you STRETCH before, stretch so much that you cant take it anymore. I say this because I am still not able to do cardio because of a shin splint. I may have been stretching enough but now I second guess myself. But even with no cardio, just a clean diet and lipo6/vasopro I am down to 14.5% bodyfat, down from about 18% 3 1/2 weeks ago. Weight has gone from 158 down to 154. Feeling good! Finally I have hope of a six pack.

Don't have them with me right now (have them written down in my gym bag). I'm going to post my starting stats and results after 4 weeks. Right now I'm at a hefty 300. I'm 6'2" and have a BIG frame...so I doubt I will ever be below 225lbs.

Well, might as well share my story quick. Always been overweight throughout my life. After high school I kept putting on weight still. Worked at a job on second shift for a year and a half and just made things worse (had no time to ever go to the gym). Got burnt out working seconds, so finally got a first shift job. Knew I had to do something about my weight cause it was going out of control (got up to 395lbs). So, finally got serious at the gym and started kicking ass. Over the next year or so, I made my way down to 265lbs. Hit a plateau and couldn't lose anymore weight for the life of me (looking back I know the mistakes I made and why I got "stuck"). Enter girlfriend...started going less and less (BIG mistake). Enter getting laid off my job...just made things all the better. Since then (which was about 4 years ago) just got out of working out. Got another girlfriend after awhile (which was a very rocky relationship). Between all the crap over the last couple years, plus having a family history of depression, started putting the weight back on. Got up to 315 and said that's it. Found this site and it has become my inspiration to work out again. So, over the past month I've dropped 15lbs (10 in the last 2 1/2 weeks alone....love the Lipo!!!).

Needless to say lessons have been learned. Won't sacrafice my health anymore for nothing or nobody. When I do get a g/f again, I'm going to be straight up and tell them this is part of my life. I need it and can't slip out of it like I did before. I feel better when I'm working out physically, but it also helps my depression from getting bad. I really owe a lot to the guys on this board because it gives me a drive to work hard and share stories & results with everybody. So, thanks guys for helping me make a change in my life for the better.

Well, sounds like you have been doing better throughout than you started which is great. Congrats on your progress so far, I think it is great when someone says, hey, I am unhealthy, I need to do something about it, and actually does something about. A good friend of mine is getting pretty unhealthy an dno matter what I say he doesnt seem to change(330lb goin up!). Good luck skate, definatley keep us posted on your progress.

Two days after i stopped my lipo-6/ephedrine venture my apetite went trough the roof!

I don't know is that ephedrine suppressed my apetite but with a little fight and with little of water i can manage that.

Yeah, the ephedrine really kills the appetite. It's really not that highly thermogenic and the fat/weight loss mainly comes due to the suppression of you appetite.

Even if you decide to stay off the Lipo, it won't hurt to stay on a basic EC stack.

anyways.. So when I made my order, i ordered the Lipo-6, ephederine hcl, yohimbine hcl, L-tyrosine and caffeine. (i figured i'd cycle the lipo-6 with the basic ECY stack).. I got everything yesterday accept for the Lipo-6.. I'm not sure why that didn't come.. Consdinering when I ordered it, it didn't say it was on backorder. So I find that a little odd.. But back to my point..
i took my first serving of the ECY+L-tyrosine stack today and it was a major appetite killer.. I was amazed.. I mean, the thought of food and eating it literally made me sick to my stomach.. It was the weirdest thing ever... It seems to be an amazing appetite suppressant.. The only thing is that it is so strong that i literllay need to force myself to eat.. And it has been hard.. It is 6pm here and i've only consumed about 375-400 calories.. And i know I should eat something now.. Maybe I only need to take half of a 25mg pill of Ephedrine Hcl.. I will try that tomorrow and see how that goes. (i figured i'd be ok with the full dose today because i knew i was just going to take one dose for the whole day.. )

My workout schedule is going to be a bit hectic. It is going to be really hard for me to get into the gym on Monday and Tuesdays.. I work full time and then on Mon and Tues I have clas until 930 at night.. My only free time during the day is at during my lunch break.. but i have to come home to let my puppy out.

And ideas you guys can offer me to get some sort of activity in on those days.. that doesn't take a long time..

You could always get up earlier in the morning and do HIIT training or something like a prison/military workout around your neighborhood before your day starts. Simply do some pushups, situps, and a little running will do wonders when you can't make it to the gym. However, if your gym opens up early in the morning, just go there instead.

THanks for the suggestion.. But I have to be to work by 6am already.. And doing that is a massive challenge for me since I am really not much of a morning person.. I don't think I could manage to get up any earlier than I already do (5am..).. My only other thought would be to do a HIIT training session after school.. But then I guarantee I wouldn't be able to fall asleep until about midnight if not later.. and i am the type of person that needs at the very least, 6 hrs of sleep or I am extremely crabby all day.. Haha.. So I try to be in bed by 10 at night.. I guess I made the mistake of scheduling my classes to be 2 days in a row.. I should have signed up for one class on a mon and the other on thurs or something.. that way those 2 days could be my days off.... I guess I'll have to figure something out.. If i wasn't working overtime then i could prob squeeze a workout in between work and school.. but I really need the extra money and my work doesn't offer OT all the time.. so i need to take advantage of it while i can..

Wow- you are pushing a serious schedule aren't you. Considering that, you could just take those two days in a row off and train really hard the other five days. I normally train like a beast mon-fri with a some type light workout on Saturday or sometimes not at all, and take Sunday completely off.

Yeah, even though the mg content isn't that high in a dose of Lipo, it is something to keep in mind. This is from Tolson's article on Yohimbine:

The dosage of .2 mg/kg (approximately 1 mg per 10 lbs.) per day is relatively free of side effects and effective for weight loss (2, 3), while .1 mg/kg is more commonly used for sexual stimulant effects. For fat loss, yohimbine is generally taken twice daily, in the morning and afternoon. It is best taken on an empty stomach, as taking it with a meal can reduce its lipolytic effects (3). The half-life of yohimbine is short (1-2 hours), but the half-life of a metabolite with similar activity, 11-hydroxy-yohimbine, is 6-8 hours (18), so it is not necessary to take it every 2 hours. It is best to start with half the dose or less to see how sensitive you are to yohimbine, as inter-individual bioavailability and tolerance can vary greatly.

Also, I would really advise against taking a caffeine pill with the Lipo. A dose of Lipo already has 200mg of caffeine in it (equal to 1 caffeine tab). That much caffeine intake in a day, if you stacked them that way, could cause some real problems.

Tolson recommends staying around 400mg of caffeine a day. Personally, I've had no problems at 600mg. Some days I probably get up to 800mg, but not that often.

If there are days on the weekend where you want to cycle off the Lipo, then you could run the basic EC stack.

oh.. i know.. when i take the Lipo-6 i'm only going to add the Ephedrine HCl..
but when i'm not taking the Lipo-6, then i'll take the ECY stack. i am planning on cycling the Lipo-6.. (i'll use the lipo for a 3-4 wks.. then stop and just use the ecy for 3-4 wks.. then stop.. and go back to the lipo.. etc.. )
I already know that the Lipo has yohimbine and caffeine so i don't need to add those.. but thanks for the heads up!

hey fran what does your workout routine consist of both weight training and cardio.im really not tryin to get any bigger so i cut my weight training down and i focus more on cardio i burn atleast 600-900 calories in one cardio session im wonderin should i aim for more.my caloric intake is some where between 500-900 calories a day,since i began my lipo and eph stack.i cant gain an appetite for nothing.my water intake is a gallon a day.thanx in advance.

I agree. You really should calculate your maintenance caloric level and eat around 500 calories below it split 5-6 meals a day. It will keep your body from eating itself for energy.

im currently 6'1 245lb i have a good amunt of muscle on me.i try to eat more but my appetite is so suppressed i just get sick thinking about food.i was 257 about 2 weeks ago the weight is just fllin off of me.i know im goin to get flamed for this but i havent taken protein in 4 months for some reason my lifting hasnt gone down im still doin 80lb d.bells 8-10 reps x3 sets shoulder press,100lb d.bells 8 repsx3 sets chest press,250 lb bench.i really dont want to be huge im aimin for the lean look like randy orton from wwe.so if i lose muscle i wont mind it as much as a bodybuilder would.

This stuff doesnt touch my appetite. I am taking it 3x a day and speed from it but I still eat like crazy. I am not complaining, I like it this way because I hate forcing myself to eat.

Well this past week sucked for me with the stack. Didn't lose crap for weight. BUT...I sat down and reviewed my diet and realized it wasn't in check like I thought. Have been eating good, but calories were still to high. Revamping it now and am looking at around 1500 per day.

I gotta get out of the habit of weighing myself everyday. Doesn't do anything but make me frustrated. Going to try and just do it once a week from now on.

Finished my stack yesterday. Dropped 3-4 pounds and about 2 1/2% bf. Not bad considering I did 3 days of cardio in 4 weeks. Anyway, I am starting a bulking cycle tomorrow, give my shin splint plenty of time to get all better and I will try the stack again.

Hi guys I've been reading this review and I've found all of your information to be invaluable. With that said I've made the decision to do an e/c/y stack. Here is my stack I wanted to get each component separately so I could Taylor doses if I got jittery.


Vasopro Ephedrine HCl 25 mg

Yohimbine HCl Caps 2.5 mg

Caffeine Tablets 200 mg

for only 4 weeks so should I cycle down or quit it cold turkey?

At 3 times a day 3 hours apart does anyone see a problem?

I currently do a 5 mile jog or a 15 mile bike ride every other day with very mild intermittent weight lifting(once a week), is a 6 pack by end of October a unrealistic goal?

You can stop cold turkey. You might get some caffeine headaches though for a day or two.

By end of October? Probably not going to happen. A lot depends on what your diet looks like and workout routine. If you're looking to strip bodyfat off then hitting the weights is just as important as cardio. Might want to try the HIIT route for cardio and see how that works. But I would really try and increase the gym time for lifting, at least 3 times a week and keep your current cardio schedule. I think every other day would be fine.

Dosages look good, but I would spread them out a bit more. Try for something like morning, lunch, and then afternoon (or take this dose 30 min prior to working out). Granted the stimulant effects get milder over time, but that close together could cause some issues starting out.

After lifting and running I still feal like I could do more.
The only side effect so far is feeling great.

its the gauffisen (sp?) in the ephedrine thats making you want to puke, I think ima order some pure ephedrine I found it somewhere online at a research chem site so i can actually take the ephedrine before I eat. Vinpocetine is good for dealing with post ephedrine crashes because it upregulates adrenaline receptors so it could help you quitting cold turkey.

Yes that must be it. I didn't think anthing of the gauffisen. I thought it was my cold comin on making me sick because ephedrine never upset my stomach before. At least it kills my appitite.

As you know I started S1+ cycle but some unexpected problem got me away from it and from the gym....
When i get well from the mini flu i cought and start to train in the gym, i'll get my S1+/M1,4ADDiol stack running......

Ive been on a Lipo-6 and Vasopro stack for 3 weeks now. Before I started, I was running every day and losing nothing, but after 3 weeks running 5 days a week im 12 lbs down.

Great stuff...for the first week I felt kind of cracked out..but that disappeared.

I've been taking Lipo 6 with Vasopro for the past 4 days, start out with only 2 capsules for a whole day and i take it early in the morning and i would go on a whole day with a headache. Had anyone has a similar effect or it's just my body doesn't take Lipo 6 very well. Hmm...that is odd. I didn't take any supps yesterday and had a killer caffeine headache last night. I've never really had headaches while taking the stack, though.

Stress level has been threw the roof this week so maybe that's more the issue. Where you doing the EC stack 3x a day before? Cause if so then your caffeine intake shouldn't be any higher.

I thought I would give a huge thank you to Fran and company for this this thread. As of a result of this thread, I started a Lipo6/Eph stack a week ago to cut up and I am already seeing results. It is only a 3-week cutting cycle, so the fact that I am noticing results already is great. I've lost 2 pounds after 6 days and am still getting stronger. Everyday I am noticing more muscle definition. I kind of wish I had taken a before picture now b/c this stack is great. Thanks guys. I've decided to start a journal and I'll post some after pics.

I wasn't stack 3 times with ECY before because i would stayed up all night if i did. With Lipo 6, i literally couldn't eat anything, appetite suppressant is great, i dont have end of the day crash like i did with ECY but i've had great results wth it. I haven't seen any result with Lipo yet, but the fact that i would have this killing headache for the whole day as soon as i take the stack and i can tell when the effect goes away is when the end of the day and i only take it once in the morning with 2 caps. Here is my stack in the morning: 2 caps of Lipo 6 (regular not liquid), 1 green tea extract, one vasopro, 1 omega 3,6,9. I'm thinking i will go back to my regular ECY today but i'll add one cap of Lipo with it, what do you guys think? ohmy.gif

Started my ec stack this past week. I dont know if it is just me, but I started out with 3 servings of vasopro spread out over the day about 4 hrs apart. I didnt feel any jittery or energy rush effects. But then again I heard the epehdrine isnt half of what epehdra used to be!? By the way, its my first cutting stack and Im throwing in lipo 6 this week too! 2 caps with every serving of epehdrine!!!

I stumbled upon this site and have spent the last few hours going through all of the messages on it. I'm in the UK and am about to start on a goal of reaching 170lb by April (i'll be 33) I currently weigh in at 195lb.

I just want to thank you all and especially Fran for all of the motivation and dedication he has shown.

Lipo-6 doesn't contains epedrine. It contains Synerphine HCL, mild version of ephedrine.

I took 1 vasopro + 2 LIPO-6, 3 times a day....8am, noon and 4pm......Lipo-6 needs some time to kick in so in week, week and a half top, you'll see results

I got my lipo 6 end Eph aweek ago and started on it, trouble is I've been a bit I'll too so I havn't been working out!
Must admit I do feel a bit puky when I take it all and I'm finding it hard to sleep at night, probbaly due to not working out though!

When doing the Lipo stack has anyone been concerned about getting enough calories down their neck? I'm really struggling to eat and I have just calculated that I'v eaten about 400 calories in a day!!!

yea, its going to be hard to eat especially when first starting the stack... but 400 calories a day is not healthy at all. try to force yourself to eat something to get those cals up a bit. otherwise youre going to be doing more harm than good. dont want to be starving your body!

Just about to start my stack, have posted my routine and rough diet in the training forum, I ordered some ephedrine HCL in 12.5mg by accident so should I just take 2 tabs 3 times daily instead, and then 1, 3 times daily when the 25mg tabs come through? I will be taking photos every other day for 12 weeks so should hopefully make an interesting slide show, aslo im having a 3d silouhette picture taken so that should be interesting also. Hey Fran thx for starting this thread and I do like the product. Lypo-6 and I stack it with Ephederine pills. I am starting my fifth week and the stuff is really good. I have not dropped any body weight as of yet but I am leaning out more still at 214lbs since I started taking the stuff and my weight has not changed but my body would tell you differently bodyfat wise biggrin.gif

Also I do these kinds of thing so you know I have to always stay in shape, since I was a big pleasently plumped boy at 285lbs 48 waist about 4 years ago, now 214 33 waist and I am 6'1.

Thanks again Fran for suggesting this new product I really do like it even though in the first week I had the Bathroom problem like some of us did in the beginging. I say just get though the first couple of weeks and the rest of the time your on Lypc-6 you'll be fine. Cant wait to see how I will look in 7 more weeks to complet my 3 months cycle.

I tried dosing Lipo-6 @ 2 caps 3x per day. 1st day my heart was racing and I couldn't sit still for long from all the caffeine. My appetite was suppressed somewhat, and I felt like throwing up even though I rarely ate much...so for those of you who felt that, you're not alone. Nausea combined with insomnia from the product made me feel like sh*t, however I shall continue due to Fran's inspiration.

When you bulked, did you eat everything you can lay hands on or were you discriminate about what enters your body? When I bulk up, I try to stay away from too many fats, such as those from burgers (I want to be bulky, but not fat). However no matter what I cannot put on lean bulk, unlike what a few people have told me. Bulking means putting on lovehandles and such for me. How did you do it Fran?

I just want to clearify something. I started taking the lipo6 and HCL on friday. About 30 minutes after I take the pills I feel a "cold pit" like im going to vomitt in my chest and I feel like I have indigestion. Is this common for everyone that has taken this product? I "believe I have a pretty good build under all of my fat but I have never done a bf% in my life. I have been lifting for size and strength for about 2-3 years and have never even considered "cutting up" before. I am going to order a bf% calc along with the stack to get measurements for before and after. This will be my first real attempt at cutting and let me tell you I am scared shitless. I mean all I know how to do is bulk! So if you have any advice on tips, diet, etc...feel free. Also, I only have one bottle of the PH, when do you think I should throw that into the mix and at what dosages?

I would like to see your progress as you go along Matthew. As for myself I am halfway through Fran's cycle another 6 weeks to go. I look better each week and I have maintained a 210-214 mark since and just getting more of my cellulite down which I wanted to do the whole time. My muscularity was already there I just needed to cut up.

with your weight you can start with 5mg ED and increase the dosage by 2mgs each week.
I also used MD and i had great results with 9mgs ED.......

Hey guys, newbie here. I just bought my first round of lipo6. My stats are:

I do have muscle underneath the flab, and thats all I want to bring out. I don't want to get "huge". I just want to tone and tighten up a bit.
I only have time to eat maybe 2 times a day. I'm busy and just don't have much time to prepare food. So I'm going to do the health shake a couple times a day, and try to eat for breakfast and dinner.
Can you give me any tips?
My workouts are pretty simple. Push-ups, walking, stationary bike and crunches. Like I said, I don't want to get huge, so I'm not going to do the heavy weight training. I really want to trim my waist and chest area.
Again, any tips? Feel free to post them. I'll check in every couple of days.

Hello all. Thanks to everyone for posting their experiences. I just ordered LIPO-6 + Vasopro from BulkNutrition and am anxious to give it a shot.

I'm 5-10, 170lbs, unknown BF, and a decent amount of muscle. I would just like to cut up to expose my muscle a bit more, and ofcourse tone the midsection (which is what I'm really after).

I'll be shooting for a ~2000cal diet, with a good amount of protein. Are most of you taking any Glutamine as well in your protein shakes?

Also when is the best time(s) to take the stack? On cardio days, I'm in the gym around 8am to do cardio. Should I take the stack before, or after the cardio? On weight days, I go to the gym around 7pm.

Any advice would be appriciated.

I'm having my bodyfat readings taken again tonight, had them doen 2 and 1/2 weeks ago and was at 18%, now 18 days later on this stack with good diet and training im hopeing to have at least dropped by 1%, will post the reuslts tomorrow. Also I had 3D silouhette pics taken on my first day, i 'm going wo wait another 3 weeks or so to have them done again and will post scans up then. They're interesting becasue you can see all the contours of your body without lighting being an issue.

I just thought i would say this is the best stack i have tried for fat loss. I added green tea extract at 1200 mg a day also. I started off taking 2 pills with ephedrine and green tea 2 times a day then bumped it up to 3 times a day after 2 weeks. I followed ud 2.0 diet and training and i dropped from 195 to about 188 in 4 weeks. My bodyfat i have not been able to check but i was around 17-18 and now i am at 12-14 percent. Thumbs up for this stack.

thats a great result 3% bodyfat reduction in a month, i hope mine is dropping at the same rate. I started taken 3x2 lipo-6 and 3x 25mg ephedrine a day, for 2 weeks, now im at 3x2 lipo-6 with 37.5mg at 8 then 12, and then 25mg at 4pm.
I have not ahd any sides from the ephedrine from the start and have read in numerous places that you can use up to 100mg per day safely. Im pretty excited about getting my results tonight!

The only side i got was rapid heart beat and that only happened in the last week and a half with the last dose.

Also i reccomend ud2.0 to anyone. It is by far the quickest way to shed bodyfat. However it is a very time consuming and hard diet to follow but the results will make you want to keep going.

I've been reading this forum and find it very useful. I started a couple of days ago! I could have started earlier but I was sick and on certain meds and didnt want to mix them up...
So far I love the product. I'm taking it twice a day to start. I need help though. I don't know if my diet is any good. My diet consists of the following:
breakfast: 2 strips turkey bacon and two eggs (no salt just black pepper) and some green tea
mid snack: turkey or chicken wrap (without the tortilla, use romaine lettuce instead)
lunch: chicken or fish with a salad
snack:cheese and some celery with peanut butter
dinner:salad, and some kind of meat, like fish or chicken

(eating red meat once a week) and drinking a gallon of water a day (i had forgotten that "I have to pee every 5 minutes feeling" )
I'm working out, with some cardio and hitting the weights.
does my diet sound any good? and how do i calculate again how many calories a day I should be consuming? What about sodium? I'm trying to cut back in sodium intake and am trying to calcute how many calories i'm consuming as well as what I'm eating.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could give me some feedback. laugh.gif

Fran and others.. great thread. Lipo6/Ephedrine was one of my first stacks and definitely showed the best results. Since then, I've tried HEAT, Scorch, HOT-ROX, and old school Hydroxycut ... with lesser results.

theres no sesathin in any of the Lipo-6 caps.
theres no real difference between the liquicaps and reg. caps, the liquid caps have quicker deliver is all.

Hello everyone,

I just ordered a stack of Lipo 6/ Vasopro HCL, two bottles of each. Anyways, I was planning on doing HIIT training 3 times a week. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, along with weightlifting on Monday( Biceps, Triceps, Chest, Abs, Core), Wednesday (Shoulders, Back, Lowerback, Calves, Abs, Core) and Friday (Legs, Abs, Core, Chest, and some otehr misc. things). Anyways, I am about 6'2" and 239lbs. any other tips for the stack or some workout modifications? BTW, I am also planning to take Muscle Milk post workouts and eat some cottage cheese before bed. Do you think this will workout?

I noticed in your first cycle, you took 2 liquid caps and 1 Vasopro Eph 3x day... assuming morning, before lunch and PreWorkout..

My question is I have been taking the Lipo-6 (2pills 3x daily-ephedra free liquid caps) pills and seem to be getting good results along with my diet and exercise (run outdoors & indoors 6-8x week for 20-30min @ 6.8-7.5 mph). I just recently last week came across some pre-ban Dymetadrine Xtreme with Ephedrine and thought I would benefit more by stacking these with the Lipo-6. I now am taking 1 Lipo and 1 DX 3x daily instead of just 2 lipo-6 3x daily. I have been doing this for just over 1 week. Do you think this is going to work better? I have a high tolerance for caffeine and ephedra although I take only the recommended dose. I was thinking of taking the lipo-6 (2 pills) 3x daily along with the DX (1 pill) 3x daily (either at same times or staggered)? These are the normal recommendations separately per brand, I would only be combining them (thereby increasing overall recommended combined). Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated. Sorry, here is some of my background: I haven't drank in 5 weeks (due to wanting to get healthy and fit) and I quit smoking 6 weeks ago. I have been on the SouthBeach diet/exercise religiously (no cheating) since April 4th. I am 30 years old, 5'8" and was 180lbs but after 2 weeks of my diet-exercise-pills am now 174lbs. My fat is 75% a Bud Light stomach pouch that I am targeting to lose. I don't know what my BF% is but I am guessing probably around low 20's but not sure. I am only on the SouthBeach diet temporarily and am looking at finding a better balanced eating plan down the road that consists of staying healthy and fit (overall goal along with 6pack abs which is my dream goal). I am basically trying to cut down and preserver what muscle I currently have and then I will look to build muscle once I can afford my new weight gym for home. I'll try to post some pictures if I can figure out how.

Good for you in deciding to change your diet, quit smoking and stop drinking. Looks as if you were drinking everyday. Cutting out the beer is the best thing. Alcohol is the worst for your body.

There are plenty of really good diets posted on this site. Read some of the posts in the diet and nutrition section.

I think Dymetadrine Xtreme + the Lipo-6 may be overkill. I would stick to the Lipo-6 and the E. I would add an aspirin if you have problems controlling your hunger. I would also add fish oil (6g of the epa/dha).

I just ordered my 2nd bottle of Lipo 6. I went through the first bottle and saw pretty good results (lost ~ 7 lb. fat in one month). I wasn't stacking it with anything else, like vasopro. I just took it by itself 2 pills 3x per day. Once upon wakening, once before lunch, and once before workouts.

I wasn't targeting strictly weight-loss, of course, but fat-loss while maintaining muscle, which can be difficult.

I took various protein supps, glutamine, omega-3 caps, cell-tech (i know, i know lol).

My strength increased throughout the month, so I am assuming I did not lose much muslce, if any. Even with the added sugar PWO from the Cell-Tech, I still saw good drops (visibly noticable) in fat.

I would recommend this to anyone who hasn't tried it before.

AWESOME stack! ! ! ! ! Great results (for me at least) drop from 26% bf to 18% in 2 months (started on feb 28) and drop from 225 lbs to 205 lbs. GREAT! ! !

My supps:

Vasopro 1 tablet 3x day
Lipo-6 Liqui-Caps 2 caps 3xday
ON Fish Oils 7 caps 3x day
Animal Pak 1 Pack a day (before workout)
Lean Green 1 pill 3xday
160 oz of water per day (at least)

Low carb diet, lots of protein (ON 100% Whey CHOCOLATE mmm, tuna, chicken breast, cottage chesse, etc), divided in 6 meals, every 2.5 to 3 hours betwen each meal.

Lift 6 times a week in the afternoon, HIIT 5 times per week in the morning (on stationary bike).

I think i lost some muscle mass, but was minimum, and lost great amount of fat, COOL! cool.gif

This is the best stack anywere ! ! !, please don t buy any other termogenic, first try this.

it's ok to take them like that but you must get used to them.

take them like this:

first 2 days you take 1x Lipo and 1x half of ephedrine 2 times a day, best if it's 8:00am and 4:00pm

Then for another 2 days you take 1x Lipo and 1x whole ephedrine 2 times a day same time as above.

Then, 2x lipo and 1x ephedrine 2 times a day for 3-4 days

And final you take 2x lipo and 1x ephedrine 3 times a day 8:00am, noon and 4:00pm

Hi, guys/girls... I am Female and I just purchased LIPO-6....I train 3 days a week with a personal trainer...and do 30-40min of cardio 6 days a week. I am at 116 now only a drop from 118...my bf has dropped from 21 to 19 percent in the last 4 weeks. I am not trying to bulk up, I just want to see the definition I am building....do you think LIPO-6 can help?....I started it today...and do not feel jittery, good sign since I am sensative to caffine...does anyone have any input for me?

i FINALLY got the vasopro yesterday (yes it took almost a week and a half...one website didnt have them in stock...drama...blah) ANYWAY. So i didn't get to the mailbox til 6 (exams...yuk) but i decided i needed to try them out immediately. I've been taking the lipo6 for about a week now and i dont feel like they've been doing a whole lot. Anyway i took one lipo with one vasopro and WOW...it was like 11th grade all over again. I took stacker in 11th grade and I got those same feelings from vasopro....a little shaky, kinda anxious to get up and do something. Then i went and worked out and i have never sweated (is that a word?) so much in my life! I ran about 2 miles and walked 1 so it's not like a did a whole lot, but my shirt was completely soaked....no joke. And it was actually a great run...i havent had a run like that since december. Anyway, i'll keep y'all updated on the progress. I took a before picture...YUK...so in a few weeks i'll post an after pic.

Oh i'm also using lipoderm-y. I started saturday and so far i can't tell much of a difference....but it's only been 3 days so i'll give it more time. smile.gif

Not likely. The combination of caffeine and ephedrine is what burns fat. You may see some results taking just Lipo6, (it's a good product) but nowhere near the shred you'll get if you stack it w/ E.

This is my second time to take Lipo/Vasopro and the fat is literally falling off.
especially in my abs/love handles... but that's also bc I'm following a strict diet this time around.

ill have to think about what i am going to try. my wife does not want me to take the ephedrine because my blood pressure go's up and down. it's mostly normal, but has been a little high a couple times at doctor visits. any other suggestions?

i dont exactly remember. i think most of her concern is the bad press that some of the diet supplements got. not understanding this stuff. i can take all of the protien etc that i want to, but when it comes to ephedra/ephedrine products, she doesnt like it at all. i figured if i could get some people that knew about the products, it would help.

i beleive that the blood pressure problem was more nerves then anything. i have been to the doctor 3 times in the last year for phisicals because of work and the blood pressure has been normal every time.

one more question about the product. with the way i work, i eat breakfast around 5:30 am and have to eat lunch around 11:00 am with time for a small snack around 7:30 am. will this be a problem?
