is turkey bacon junk?
loads of sodium...so if prone to retaining water its not something you want to put in your mouth...I would opt for something like roasted/broiled pork loin, sliced very thin, throw it on a skillet w some olive oil and crispy the edges...once you get used to it, you'll never switch back to the bacon alternatives.

sodium is so hard to avoid. Do you know where you can get less sodium foods that are more convienent than making everything yourself?
