206 last weigh-in. At 5'9'' thats not that bad.

even though the scale needle isnt jumping like the first 5 weeks, im noticing more vascularity and striations at this point, so perhaps im recomping. Still, i would be terribly disapointed if i couldnt gain another 5lbs by the end of this cycle.

The only thing i can do is eat dirtier. I couldnt possibly eat more...Im basically eating a meal every 2-3 hours. my whole life revolves around food.

I may start to Carb load heavier post workout, drop some cardio, and reduce the adex. thats the only thing i can think of to gain more lbs at this point. Ive already dropped my ECY stack.

i'd LOVE to waddle off this cycle at 220 but thats pretty far fetched.

id shoot for 210 man. summer is basically here. don't get blubbed. im in the middle my first cycle too and had to dedicate the whole fucking thing to cutting. just don't get too dirty with the diet. save that for a winter bulk if even that. stay jacked and tan

Bro, what week did you throw the adex in? I've barely gone a week and I already feel some bloat. Did it help much? Do you feel like it reduced your gains? So far I've only pinned my quads but I think I may do some more research and attempt to pin my glutes. A question on pinning. How far do you normally get the pin into your quad? Usually when I'm pinning it doesn't really hurt until I get it more than 3/4 of the way in. I was wondering if it was ok to stop there? Also my pinned leg will be swollen for almost a week afterwards I just want to make sure that's normal. I love being on, feels great so far. I can't stop eating. Pinning is pretty F#$%ing scary though. I'm deathly afraid I'm going to mess myself up somehow.

The adex came from chem1 a couple days after my first injection.

At .5 ml ed, i still had bloat. I honestly feel its inevitable with high doses of test because it aromatizes so easily. I know people are going to disagree....and say it isnt inevitable, but at .5ml ED i was still looking bloated. The mirror DONT Lie!
And i was using ECY, high doses of vitamin C, greentea, etc. My body was holding on HARD to that water.


far as the pinning goes...im primarily using 1 9/16th inch 21 gauge pins. fuckin lawn darts! I ordered some extra 23 gauge but it takes forever to push the oil through em. so i dont like usin em.


ANyway, i leave just a small portion of the pin sticking out, maybe 1/16 inch...so that if it snaps off, i can pull the thing out with a tweezers.

You want to get way past the subcutaneous/Fat region. Just go slow...and breathe.

Before you inject, Let a little oil run down the needle. it really helps to Lube it as it goes through the skin/fat/muscle.

If you inject the oil into the subcutaneous, you might end up with an Oil abcess...nasty shit right there. So i make sure i get that in as deep as i can while still being able to see a small portion of the pin in case it breaks.

the pain gets MUCH better to deal with as time goes on bro. Your muscles will adapt.

i would say really thats the biggest downside of it all...the pain. hobbling around like a pirate for 2-3 days sucks but no pain, no gain tongue.gif

it'll get better. once weeks 4-6 roll in, its all worth it imo.

I don't mind the pain all that bad. It's just a reminder of what's coursing through my veins. I did legs on Wednesday after pinning my left quad on Monday and it was bearable. I'm just concerned about my health you know. I've never done this before, and I don't really know anyone who has, so it's hard to gauge what's normal pain, swelling, etc... and what is "you just gave yourself an abscess pain". But you guys have been a big help. Also I'm loving Axiolabs products. I've read so many horror stories about excruciating injection pain, and so far this stuff hasn't been too bad. What do you think? Would you trust primo from axio or would you go Schering? Already thinking about my next stack too.

Update.

I slept 9 hrs last night after popping some good shit. woke up all fucked up like someone whooped my ass. Had to pop 50 mg of Ephedrine and drink 4 cups of coffee just to get my eyes open.

Heres what i ate today so far.

Breakfast:
4 whole eggs
half of cantaloupe
2 slices whole wheat
bowl of oats
Met rx protein bar

snack:
2 oranges
2 slices whole wheat toast with ricotta cheese
plain yogurt with almonds
Protein shake

Lunch:
a pound of baked flounder
bowl of lentils with turkey sausages
2 bananas
whey shake
Bowl of rice pudding

Dinner:
rib steak
2 red potatoes
bowl of brocolli with cheddar cheese
2 cups of fatfree/sugar free chocolate pudding
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich

after dinner, Ate a bowl of frosted flakes with some peanut butter on wheat bread. Really starvin for carbs lately.


I'll prob eat another huge meal before bed and some snacks. Im loving these Met-rx meal bars. 32 grams of protein per bar. no sugar. 9 grams of fat.

Pinned today: 250mgs of Test and 100mgs of Tren, popped 2 hdrol's and started my workout.

Hit shoulders and back today.

shoulders

5x5 @ 230 for seated military press
3 sets of lateral raises with dumbells (30 lbs x 20, 40 lbs x 12, 50 lbs x 8)
* I Cheated hard-core on the heavier laterals....used a ton of momentum but had Good negative resistance.
3 sets Forward raises with barbell (90 x 10, 100 x 8, 115 x 5)

Supersetted some diamond push-ups and wide grip pull-ups.

350 sit-ups

Back

5x5 @ 245 for Bent over rows w/barbell
2 sets Bent over dumbell rows (100x13, 120x8)
Lat pull downs - entire rack - 200 lbs X 10 (4 sets)
5 sets shrugs = 180 x 30, 190 x 30, 220 x 20, 250 x 12, 250 x 10
Seated bent lateral raises with dumb's = 50 x 5, 2 sets

Ive worked out 6 days straight with no muscle soreness whatsoever. Lower back is hurtin bad though. i wouldnt be surprised if its a disk pinching a nerve. Aspirin is my friend these days. Cant take tylenol because im using the Hdrol. Anyway, I got an appt. with the doc this monday. Gonna get blood done as well.

Libido = Up! Shootin loads of air at this point but im still good. Less clean-up now is all.

Mood = feelin' fine. Im sleeping better and thats helpin.

skin = Oily but No new breakouts. Been using the OXY daily wash with benzoyl peroxide 10% religiously. It works fine as long as i shower 2-3 x a day. Going tanning seems to help as well.


* Im extending this cycle an extra couple of weeks. I put my order in for some Prop and Tren ace. I'll just low-dose the Tren so that i can adjust to a decent sleep pattern. I wont be able to run another cycle for a long ass time, probably in the fall i guess. I would like to hit 220 by July. That would be awesome. Likely? i dunno. We'll see i guess.

Posting up a pic. I put on some good solid mass. Kinda bloated....Face is still rounder than id like it and i still have a smooth appearance overall. Weight fluctuates from 206 to 211.

I'll get a pic up of the wheels soon.

waist 33...which is up some from december, where i was 31.

Quads around 28. I would of thought bigger but i measured today. Tape measure doesnt lie i guess.

Neck 18.

Anyway, took some better pics today under the compact fluro light with a fresh tan.

Can see better musculature in this light...I looked chunky in the last pic.

My back and lats are fuckin pathetic. i know...But i think once i cut some BF, my waist will taper and i'll get a Nice V shape in the back. Im still blubbed a bit with water and shit.

My fuckin lats....i wanna inject them with synthrol and run 800 cycles until they finally get bigger.

Just an update with some pics. aprox 13-14 weeks into this cycle. Currently using 300 mg test p/wk & 150 mg Tren A/wk. Using nolva at 40mg/ed as of today due to nip soreness.

Also ran the HDROL which im finished with. Not sure what effect if any it had with the test/tren. I believe the tren is a steroid that will remain in my future cycles for a while. Its magic. Just a slight depression im feeling, almost like a perpetual moodiness. other than that, sides are ok.

other supps: ECY/various aminos/whey/geranamine/multi's/creatine with Arginine AKG/green tea

current weight 207. I feel i have a Much more solid appearance at this point with better vascularity. very little weight fluctuations during the day. I believe im not going to surpass 210 at all during this cycle. BF% aprox 11-12.

What i feel needs work/improvement:
I'd like to decrease my oblique/waist down some. I seem "puffy" around that area.
Still striving for a bigger "Yoke" shape around my traps.
a wider neck
a more defined/thicker lower chest
wider lats

what do you's think i need improvement on? be brutally honest.

Neck 18.4
