shoulders 5x5 @ 230 for seated military press
3 sets of lateral raises with dumbells (30 lbs x 20, 40 lbs x 12, 50 lbs x 8)

I Cheated hard-core on the heavier laterals....used a ton of momentum but had Good negative resistance.3 sets Forward raises with barbell (90 x 10, 100 x 8, 115 x 5)
Supersetted some diamond push-ups and wide grip pull-ups.
350 sit-ups
Back5x5 @ 245 for Bent over rows w/barbell
2 sets Bent over dumbell rows (100x13, 120x8)
Lat pull downs - entire rack - 200 lbs X 10 (4 sets)
5 sets shrugs = 180 x 30, 190 x 30, 220 x 20, 250 x 12, 250 x 10
Seated bent lateral raises with dumb's = 50 x 5, 2 sets
Ive worked out 6 days
straight with no muscle soreness whatsoever. Lower back is hurtin bad though. i wouldnt be surprised if its a disk pinching a nerve. Aspirin is my friend these days. Cant take tylenol because im using the
Hdrol. Anyway, I got an appt. with the doc this monday. Gonna get blood done as well.
Libido = Up! Shootin loads of air at this point but im still good. Less clean-up now is all.
Mood = feelin' fine. Im sleeping better and thats helpin.
skin = Oily but No new breakouts. Been using the OXY daily wash with benzoyl peroxide 10% religiously. It works fine as long as i shower 2-3 x a day. Going tanning seems to help as well.
* Im extending this cycle an extra couple of weeks. I put my order in for some Prop and Tren ace. I'll just low-dose the Tren so that i can adjust to a decent sleep pattern. I wont be able to run another cycle for a long ass time, probably in the fall i guess. I would like to hit 220 by July. That would be awesome. Likely? i dunno. We'll
see i guess.
Posting up a pic. I put on some good solid mass. Kinda bloated....Face is still rounder than id like it and i still have a smooth appearance overall. Weight fluctuates from 206 to 211.
