Heres my actual cycle. 1- 400 mg test C 2- 400 mg test C 3- 400 mg test C 4- 400 mg test C 5- 400 mg test C + 200 mg trenbolone E (cycle off creatine) 6- 400 mg test C + 200 mg trenbolone E 7- 400 mg test C + 200 mg trenbolone E 8- 400 mg test C + 200 mg trenbolone E 9- 400 mg test C + 200 mg trenbolone E + 50 mg CEL Hdrol 10- 400 mg test C + 200 mg trenbolone E + 50 mg CEL Hdrol 11- 400 mg test C + 50 mg CEL Hdrol (cycle back on creatine) 12- 400 mg test C + 50 mg CEL Hdrol 13- 40 mg Tamoxifen =ED 14- 30 mg Tamoxifen =ED 15- 20 mg Tamoxifen =ED + 350 mg 6 OXO =ED + 1000 mg Trib =ED 16- 20 mg Tamoxifen =ED + 350 mg 6 OXO =ED + 1000 mg Trib =ED 17- * 10 mg Tamoxifen =ED (If i still feel shutdown) First pin today. No probs to speak of, just a little sore. (Topical ATD is on hand for any aromatase issues, as well as research Tamox) ![]() Stats: Ok so, allow myself to introduce....myself. *I'm kicking 30 in the ass. *I'm 5'9'' *184-188 around 10-12% bf (lets not split hairs here. give or take) *decade + of lifting experience. Ph/steroid history: M1t/4ad/1ad/m-drol. I put many years into "au naturale" so to speak but i feel im at my genetic ceiling as far as size is concerned. Strength is steadilly increasing, but size doesnt seem to coincide with that strength. I must say ive always had a somewhat negative stigma directed towards juice, based entirely on my ignorance. "people fear what they dont understand". Well, My last Mdrol cycle was wonderous. 3 weeks of mood swings and diminished libido worked out well for me. Nah, i exeggerate. My current Goals: * To improve lifts on my 3 major compounds (bench/deads/squats) by 50 lbs within 12 weeks. * To gain 15-20 lbs of mass. Hopefully keeping my general body shape. i'll be eating close to 4k a day worth of calories for the first month. To enhance appetite, i'll have some greenery on hand. That should do it. i'll taper down the cal's once the tren comes into the pic so i can "lean out" some. I would be pleased to come off with a bf% at or around its current state, but if i come off higher, i dont care. i have 9,000 mg's of pure ephedrine hcl, a bottle of research clen on the way and the discipline to actually cut up. i did a cut cycle a couple of months back...I got quite lean. i simply removed fats/carbs and increased my cardio. That worked. Once the test kicks in, i'll be increasing my W/O's to 5x a week or a 3on/1off schedule. My increased recovery time should expedite hypertrophy. cardio 3x a week @ 20-30 mins. (hopefully the tren wont hinder my cardio) |

| About the Hdrol: The only reason im even adding the h-drol into this, which to some of you may seem futile or pointless...is because i have it already...and i'll never run it solo. I figured it might help lean me out towards the end....Got an Unopened bottle of P-plex too...was considering kick starting my cycle with that or another wet compound like M1T....But, i figured if anything, the wiser choice was to use a PH at the end of the cycle...and to use a "dry" compound. Feedback/advice/critique appreciated. -ALSO, Please feel free to chime in on the topical ATD as an AI on this cycle....and whether you feel it will hinder gains or not. Im reading conflicting stories on how its competes and binds to the androgen receptor...which doesnt sound good while "on". The Before pics I def gained a little fat since my cut cycle a couple of months back. Mostly around the obliques. Oh well. i noticed a direct link between strength and a couple of extra pounds. Im a lot stronger when im a bit chunkier basically lol ![]() Well, thats it for now. Yohimbe/ephedrine is kicking in and i need to get my ass in gear. I'll try to update pics on a weekly basis to monitor results. probably wont see any visible gains until around the 3rd or 4th week. But who knows. |

| 6 weeks of Tren ENANTHATE? why? And I see you followed the all powerful SDFag's advice and didnt kickstart. I hope its not too late and you can take advice from someone that actually works out and has real life knowledge and use your H Drol the first few weeks. For example, I kickstarted my current cycle with 50mg dbol and it hasn't even been 4 weeks and my weight is up 15 lbs (yes I am on .5mg Letro ED) and I just benched 405x2, squatted 405x10 and my test/deca/winstrol hasn't even started. Don't take advice from some douchebag that wont even post a pic or back up his posts with any science. BTW... Try to get more tren as 6 weeks of a long ester is damned near pointless. |

+1 also i dont know why you chose tren e over tren a. especially considering this is your first gear cycle. most people will say if you have never run tren before then run tren a so if you get any nasty sides you cant handle you can just drop it immediately since its short estered. plus 6 weeks would be fine with tren a but def not long enough for tren e. |

he did right by not "kickstarting" and instead using his oral at the end... it's counter productive to do it the other way -- there is science to back this up. the sooner you realize this the sooner you can close the gap on that 0.25lbs/inch. and using a long ester gear for 6 wks he'll still make gains. the only thing he acheives by running it longer is that he'll manage a stable level of tren in his blood stream for a certain duration to maximize gains while minimizing sides. with only 6 wks, the dose will build up, peak for a brief period and then fade out -- he'll still acheive some gains. granted, it's not optimal to run the cycle this way, but neither is it optimal to front load -- still though people make gains using these methods. as for posting a pic... it's just not wise. when you post a pic in a public forum theres no telling where it'll end up, and the last thing i want is any of you homos adding my pic to your private "jerkin' collection" |

| i didnt say running a dry ph at the end is pointless. alot of people run winny at the end of their cycles to harden up and i was thinking of doing the same. its really up to you. i like kickstarts though. if i were you id save the tren e for another cycle and either just run the test by itself or buy some tren A. like i said before tren sides can be nasty and if you try tren for the first time with the longer ester you wouldnt be able to abort fast enough if need be. tren a would be alot more effective for 6 weeks than tren e would. either way good luck bro |

| Jay you will still make sick gains on that cycle no doubt. I just would tweak it a bit by running an oral at the beginning. The way it is set up now you will be having 3 compounds take 100% affect at the same time instead of pacing yourself throughout the whole cycle. What I mean is by the time you start your oral, the tren enan will have peaked AND your test will be peaking and I don't think you need 3 compounds peaking at the same time for your first cycle. I would spread it out more IMO. Either way whatever you decide to do will yield some good results. Keep us posted, sorry to threadjack with SDFag btw but I just don't like seeing douches post comments with no studies to back it up and people take his words for law. |

New bag should be here on saturday. looks like i'll be eating some egg whites and tuna b4 bed now. I could really go for a peanut butter sammich instead. I may actually pick up some weight gainer or some met-rx big 100 meal bars. i have a feeling i wont be making the cal's unless i do so. |

Never goods, just orals. and thanks Jr. Im hoping. ********************************************* Had the best sleep in a long time. Felt good when i woke up. Despite a self-proclaimed crappy back workout, my lats are tender so i did something right. Woke up. dropped my ECY, then Hit cardio again for 25 (stationary bike) Ate breakfast 4 eggs (3 whites and 1 whole) bowl of oats w/margarine & Milk/equal 1 large lean turkey sausage Imrpovised shake because im out of whey (1% milk with skim milk powder, scoop of glutamine, cocoa powder, dextrose/equal) an apple Not sure if i should rest today or what. But if i do workout, it'll be late in the PM. Maybe legs, crunches, triceps. I should Def hit abs today...core feels not so tight. Started taking megadoses of Vitamin C to perhaps help strengthen connective tissues with improved collagen production. (to avoid potential tendon injuries) |

| Did not weight train on Friday. Just crunches and cardio. (20 mins on Bike and 500 crunches broken up into sets of 50) Not gonna do legs today. still feel some tenderness. tomorrow will be all good. Today: Chest and tri's. How long until the cyp kicks in? 2-3 weeks? Will i feel anything before a month? I really wish i would of went with a faster-acting test. Slept like shit, woke up pissed off. Ate very light this morn...Just a shake and some fruit. No appetite. Lunch: bowl of oats with 2 tbsp's Peanut butter. (homemade in my food processor) bowl of baby carrots whey shake orange Making pasta sauce (gravy) as i type this. Gonna carb load after my workout and lounge around/rest. Downed a Low carb Monster and worked out.....almost felt sleepy. Hit chest today. Decided to skip the ECY and give the 'ol ticker a break. I actually realized that i took 150mgs of E yesterday! Not good. not good at all. I got wreckless. Far as my cycle goes: So very, very tempted to kickstart this shit with some m1t or something. i know, goes against what i initially said. And i know if i run a methyl now, i probably wont run the tren. No use going liver and kidney toxic in one cycle. Patience is a virtue i suppose. i quit chewing dip for now. started using "The patch". hopefully my appetite will increase and i can get my cals in. Flat bench 5 sets i super-setted 180 for about 20 reps for a warmup. never went above 240 for flat. didnt feel any oomph today. incline 4 sets didnt get higher than 200 and i really struggled. kept arching my back to get that fuckin bar up. decent pump tho. dumbell flies (slight incline) 3 sets low weight for first w/high reps (40lbs) increased weight slightly for 2nd set, less reps. finished with 75lbs, could practically hear the skin near my armpit stretching. Cant wait til im throwing 100's around and i get those beautiful tiger stripe stretch marks. I'll wear em like a badge of honor. Anyway, i really struggled with my form. felt sloppy. When i got done, i carb loaded with some Dex. downed my cee and then a oatmeal shake. within the hour...i ate a peanut butter sandwich. ate an apple. gonna hit Triceps in a bit. probably smoke a bowl when im done, eat...then eat again. Oh yeah b4 i forget, anyone have an opinion on the ATD???? should i just trash this shit and buy the arimidex? or something else? Seriously, im reading from several sources that it competes with the Andro receptors and screws up test gains. someone please throw in their $0.02 on that 1! Alright, take it easy fellas. |

I cant sleep...so I went ahead and ordered a bottle of Anastrozole from research. i'll just use it at .5mg a day sometime in the 2nd week as a preventive measure. too much Iffy BS with the ATD. so now i have a full bottle of topical atd laying around. perhaps i'll pour it into my girls' body lotion for shits and giggles ? lol nah thats sick. I gave my Triceps a decent workout. i'll feel this tomorrow im sure. I believe Shoulders and Biceps are in order for tomorrow. |

will have you ever heard of google? test cyp is basically the same exact as test enan. most will say its slightly weaker but imo wouldnt make much of a difference. its also usually dosed at 200mg/ml while test e is usually 250mg/ml. |

Another thing i recall reading was that 400 mg of Test C is actually slightly less Testosterone than test E....because you're counting the Ester molecule as a contribution to its weight. Very slight diff tho. You're talking mcg's. *************************************************************** I think im gonna start a new diet plan. A new Subway opened nearby....I was hungry so i walked in and checked it out. I asked Sanji behind the counter if he had nutritional facts on the sammiches. after hand gesturing for several minutes and speaking broken english, i finally described to him what i meant. He handed me a pamphlet with all the nutritional facts for their products. I bought a 12'' Italian BMT on wheat and a bag of baked lay's chips. (no mayo, oil) Turns out its around 1000 calories, 50 grams of protein....carbs? i forgot how many but prob a million or so grams. I think around 20 grams of fat, maybe a lil more. Anyway im thinking about just buying 3 Subways a day for the staple of my cals. Then i could just supp with Whey shakes and whatnot at home. What do you's think? Call it the Jared on juice subway diet? and then submit my pics to subway....no? ok whatever. ***************************************************************** Oh....i decided to up my dose to 500/wk instead of 400. I pinned another 1/2 ML in my quad. This is serious, i need smaller pins. Im walking around like a pirate or some shit. I literally cannot bend my right leg. It's better with.... Caffeine stimulate's the thermogenic effects of ephedrine. I've seen dude's combining ephedrine, aspirin and caffeine pre contest to cut, instead of using thyroid drug's like T3. It's much safer this way.. |

| I remember when i use to buy the stuff here at BN....i think so. yeah im pretty sure. back in 05 or 06. Thats all i would really buy...that and creatine/ginseng. Will the guaf is used as an expectorant...to help you hack up phlegm when ur congested. I see no diff between pure and with guaf. And as JR said, the caffeine and Yohimbe act synergistically with the E....the ffects last much longer and are stronger with other stims. The pins im using are 21g- 1 9/16. and you're right....its prob the oil or the alcohol in the cyp. I went to a forum site dedicated to my source's product, and there are complaints that some of the injections have been more painful than others. Namely the tren ace but i havent read anything about the their Test C yet. I think its just a newbie thing on my part....im sure i'll get use to it. Aspirin helped. |

| JayV, it seems as though with the biotek site, you need to provide the order form and ID in order to order a certain amount due to it being in the U.S. correct? So if one wanted to order a larger quantity in bulk, it would make more sense to order from SND, correct? Did you see any quality difference between the two companies? |

| Yeah im looking for a good reliable source for smaller pins. Dr. X said 26 would do it but would take very long to inject an oil. I rather have 23's for sure though. i could play lawn darts with these things here. Will.... Yeah, biotek wants you to fill out the DEA forms, its a one time deal. Once they have you on record, you wont have to hassle with it every time. I printed out the form, put my license on the form, took a digital photo of the form and then Emailed the pic lol. I love subway. A 12 inch provides approximately 50 grams of protein, 90 grams of carbs and 20 grams of fat depending on what you get. Tastes great too. I try to eat them as much as possible when I'm bulking. Shit talking about it is making me hungry. Gonna have to go there right now. |

| Absolutely bro. Well its been about a week and ive gained serious weight already. I know its certainly water or fat...But holy shit. Everyday i look, the needle is up. Last week, i was 186 or so...As of today, 193 lbs. ![]() I just started laughing when i saw that. I have a feeling i'll be walking off this cycle 20-30 lbs heavier, easy. P.S. this is NOT an all out bulker. Im doing cardio 3-4 x a week, using ECY stack and eating fairly clean. My Arimidex came today from research...Thank God! dropped a half a ML of that as soon as i opened it up. Im assuming this is water weight and the arimidex will help out some. Took 10 mg tamox this morn as well. Also Started upping my b-12 intake to help with red cell production as i hear this is essential. Strength has NOT gone up but thats no shocker in a weeks' use of enanthate. Right now, just playin the waitin game til this shit kicks in...then im gonna ride this out til the wheels fall off. |

| Triceps and chest today. Had a very late tricep workout and im still hyped up from the yohimbe. Did nothing but flat bench, 12 sets. Triceps was primarily close-grip bench. Did not feel like fussing with isolation exercises today. Posting a pic as planned. Shoulders breaking out already. I cant wait to see what my skin looks like by week 12. ![]() ordered some smaller pins.....23's. (thanks rob) Hopefully the'll be here before the next time i inject. I made up my mind to run the Tren at the 1 month mark at 250mg/wk for 8 weeks. Fuck it. Maybe it'll help with the fat im sure to gain. |

it all depends on how i feel that day. If im dragging ass, 50 is ideal. In your case, 25 is fine.....10 would be extremely low dosed. and dont worry about using your CC, you wont get in trouble. i didnt. | Alrighty, so like...Im 2 weeks into this cycle. Strength Up! Weight up! im stoked. Appetite is F*cking insatiable! I bought some heavy cream that i decided to add to my post w/o shakes. More vitamin C and chromium, Yohimbe, more ALCAR, more arginine AKG....More ON Whey (cookies and cream) Was going to buy some Waxy but decided last minute for Maltodextrin instead. Oh and some 1,3-Dimethylamylamine ....Gonna stack that with my ECY and see what happens. Weds. Got up early as shit and hit the stationary bike for 25 mins. Barely broke a sweat til i hit the 23 minute mark...and then i peddled like a maniac on crack for the last 2 minutes. Ate A gigantic bowl of Cheerios with oats and peanuts, 1% milk A Met-rx bar 2 oranges lunch 4 slices of turkey on a Whole wheat mini bagel banana 2 scoop whey shake granola bar cup of red chili beans in between lunch/dinner: Had another bowl of cereal with oats and peanuts, 1% milk another met-rx bar A shake Beef jerky dinner 2 turkey burgers on whole wheat (2 slices bread) salad bag of mixed veggies 2 cups of plain yogurt with walnuts and oats, splenda Ate again.... Training for Wed's included nothing but calisthenics. 6 sets of pull-ups 3 sets underhand (15,10,10) 3 sets overhand (12,10,10) push-ups 14 sets of pushes totalling 680. **************************************************** I Really started carb loading and i think its making a difference. I cant recall in recent history making that many pushes in a day.... 10 Tsps dextrose post w/cee, then 15 minutes later, whey with 2 tablespoons Oatmeal and 1/4 cup heavy cream. That was yesterday....today i plan on hammering my biceps into the ground as well as shoulders. I'll post the results of this workout later on tonight or tomorrow. Took some flicks, basically 5-6 lbs heavier than i was when i started. I know, I really need to work on poses...shit looks awkward. |

| whats up fellas? Thought id update my journal. Its been a while but i really lost that motivation for journal keeping that i had in the beginning. I'm about 8 weeks into my cycle and my weight is up aprox 15-18 lbs. I'm currently the heaviest weight of my entire life. (205-208) The Drugs: The tren sides arent nice; but i was warned not to run it as a newb. im pretty hard headed i guess. The biggest con is the rage you get. It does help during lifts...but its not like Test where it stays in the gym. This rage creeps up and follows you around. Then theres the sleep deprivation. and the intense, profuse sweating. Thank god its not summer. My libido leveled out. It was like puberty all over again until tren came into the pic. This is a serious, serious drug. If you're a newb and decide to run it, use the acetate and not the enanthate like me. The stats: Bench is up 40lbs and incline by 30. Squats are up by almost 55 lbs. My Deads, not so fantastic. a meger 30. but i can get in more reps than before. Military press is phenomenal. It jumped almost 50 lbs since i started. My leg extentions have shot up by 30 lbs. Basically all exercises have increased in intensity or weight. I hit the weights 3, sometimes 4 days in a row. Cardio 2-3 days a week. I also started the Halodrol clone for the last month of this cycle. Hopefully i'll lean out some while building some extra muscle. The Diet: The biggest changes ive made are less carbs post workout. I suspected it was bloating me and sure enough, it was. Instead of a 1/2 cup of maltodextrin post w/o, i use only 1/8th with good results. I also cleaned it up a bit....no more peanut butter and no more chinese food. Eating out is a body-destroyer. The pics: I decided to keep the dome shaved for the remainder of this cycle. makes me look bigger ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well thats it for now i guess, my lazy-ass probably wont update this for another 3 weeks or so lol. |

| Hey ladies. had to pin my bicep last night and im in agony today. couldnt pin my ass/quads because today is leg day. couldnt pin delts because theyre still sore from previous injections. anyway, my left bicep looks like its blown up with synthrol or something....pretty swoll. i wonder if the oil spreads the fascia out and that within itself causes extra muscle size. the whole spot injection theory has been discredited but i dunno...my ass and quads have grown more than any other muscle group....and i pin them 90% of the time. they are however the 2 largest muscle groups in the body, so maybe thats it. anyway, its gonna be an interesting tricep workout tonight with a dead-arm. i feel like im walking around like John McCain or something....because i cant raise my arm up past chest level right now. |

I got a good month of smashing left, i'll get my weight up. yeahshes....id say theres pros and cons for both gear and ph's....biggest pro for gear is the amount of time you can stay on. cons...injection pain. not to sound like a pussy but its debilitating to the point where your hobbling around at times like an old geezer. ive used m1t, 4-ad, 1-ad, mdrol...never gained the amount of weight i have with gear. nor did i have the consistent strength increases. and i seriously think mdrol gave me emotional problems. i was pretty messed up for a long time. i'll never use a ph/designer oral without injectable testosterone. unless PA whips up some new innovative shit that rivals it...which is unlikely. Thursday will be a much needed rest day. Amen. |

| 206 last weigh-in. At 5'9'' thats not that bad. even though the scale needle isnt jumping like the first 5 weeks, im noticing more vascularity and striations at this point, so perhaps im recomping. Still, i would be terribly disapointed if i couldnt gain another 5lbs by the end of this cycle. The only thing i can do is eat dirtier. I couldnt possibly eat more...Im basically eating a meal every 2-3 hours. my whole life revolves around food. I may start to Carb load heavier post workout, drop some cardio, and reduce the adex. thats the only thing i can think of to gain more lbs at this point. Ive already dropped my ECY stack. i'd LOVE to waddle off this cycle at 220 but thats pretty far fetched. |

| Bro, what week did you throw the adex in? I've barely gone a week and I already feel some bloat. Did it help much? Do you feel like it reduced your gains? So far I've only pinned my quads but I think I may do some more research and attempt to pin my glutes. A question on pinning. How far do you normally get the pin into your quad? Usually when I'm pinning it doesn't really hurt until I get it more than 3/4 of the way in. I was wondering if it was ok to stop there? Also my pinned leg will be swollen for almost a week afterwards I just want to make sure that's normal. I love being on, feels great so far. I can't stop eating. Pinning is pretty F#$%ing scary though. I'm deathly afraid I'm going to mess myself up somehow. |

The adex came from chem1 a couple days after my first injection. At .5 ml ed, i still had bloat. I honestly feel its inevitable with high doses of test because it aromatizes so easily. I know people are going to disagree....and say it isnt inevitable, but at .5ml ED i was still looking bloated. The mirror DONT Lie! And i was using ECY, high doses of vitamin C, greentea, etc. My body was holding on HARD to that water. far as the pinning goes...im primarily using 1 9/16th inch 21 gauge pins. fuckin lawn darts! I ordered some extra 23 gauge but it takes forever to push the oil through em. so i dont like usin em. ANyway, i leave just a small portion of the pin sticking out, maybe 1/16 inch...so that if it snaps off, i can pull the thing out with a tweezers. You want to get way past the subcutaneous/Fat region. Just go slow...and breathe. Before you inject, Let a little oil run down the needle. it really helps to Lube it as it goes through the skin/fat/muscle. If you inject the oil into the subcutaneous, you might end up with an Oil abcess...nasty shit right there. So i make sure i get that in as deep as i can while still being able to see a small portion of the pin in case it breaks. the pain gets MUCH better to deal with as time goes on bro. Your muscles will adapt. i would say really thats the biggest downside of it all...the pain. hobbling around like a pirate for 2-3 days sucks but no pain, no gain it'll get better. once weeks 4-6 roll in, its all worth it imo. |
