At the time of this pic I was doing a lot of dumbell work. Usually doing flat, then incline, then weighted dips for lower pec. Followed by one or two isolation moves such as cable flies or cross overs. I mix up my rep range every few weeks, I'll do heavy sets (6 reps) with a burn out set on the 4th (25 reps to get blood in the muscle) for a few weeks. Than once that doesn't get me sore anymore I'll switch over to an oxford pyramid (start light 12 reps and work your way to a heavy set). Then when that doesn't do the trick anymore I'll do a reverse pyramid and start heavy and go light. I'll always do an intensity technique unless I'm feeling like i've been over training. If I don't have a spot I either do a rest pause set on my last set of a given exercise, or a drop set. If I have a spot I'll do negatives or forced reps. And I try to alternate between dumbells and barbells every month or so. If your chest is your weak point I'd suggest doing a split that you hit it twice a week. And if you're dieting make chest day your cheat day where you eat more because it'll grow better.

I'm up 10 pounds and I'm starting my 6th week. Weight gain has def slowed down a little. i kind of feel like I'm stuck at around 185. I'm hoping to hit 190 by the end of the cycle. I haven't posted progress pics because I feel a little blubbed. Nothing major just not as much definition in my abs as before my cycle. My strength in everything has gone way up and I can train longer and harder than normal with little to no days off from the gym. As far as sides go, nothing. I was bloated but I'm taking .5mgs Adex everyday and it's keeping the bloat down to a min. I had one really moody day last week where I felt like I was a chick on the verge of tears all day, but other than that I feel great. Besides injection pain that is. I gained an inch in my hams and quads. 1.5 inches on my chest and back (measured under my armpits) and about 1 inch on my shoulders. So I'm happy so far. biggrin.gif

Yup, i know what you mean van. By week 4-6 i looked blubbed. There was one morning i was standing in the mirror and i couldnt believe wtf i was seeing.

It looked rediculous. I actually regretted doing gear at that point. i was so bloated, no abs, face round as hell.

Then i started the tren cool.gif
That shit is awesome. No regrets.

Im still holding water weight now, but not nearly as bad. The Halodrol helped too i suppose.

Are you using any diureticss? Try some high doses of Vitamin C with green tea/caffeine to help cut some water out.

Goods....i dont think i could of lost weight on test if i tried. Have those scientist come to your house to study you yet?

I didn't kickstart, I'm I'm just starting my 6th week of a 12 week cycle. If I were so inclined I could prob run something like oral winny for the last 4 weeks. I'm thinking about it. I'm worried about liver toxicity though. I was probably just going to throw in some clen in the last two weeks and lean out a bit. Any other suggestions? Dbol seems like so much fun but I'll probably use that to kickstart my next cycle. Maybe I could throw in a ph like halo or havoc for the last 4 weeks? Overall though I'm happy with the results of my first cycle. Pinning is kind of fun, when I don't mess it up, and I definitely feel a difference. I'm 185 and I can now rep out 275 about 6 times on a bench, and I'm leg pressing around 9 plates on each side for a decent amount of reps too. I feel really strong. Although the one thing that's starting to get old is eating so much. I spent a few hours at the mall yesterday with my girl and I stopped to eat 3 times in a few hours.... I was in bed with her watching a movie last night and like half way through it I was like, "I feel like my stomach's eating itself I need to make some chicken...." It's getting kind of inconvenient.

van, winny isnt gunna give u "liver suicide" unless you have a pre-existing condition. just dont overdo orals. save d-bol for a kickstart.

jayv, lmao, the docs just came. they said i'm not big or lean. i started at 270 so losing weight wasnt too hard. i went from 6k cals a day to 3k with cardio and way less carbs. i also carry 200lb docks 5-7 days a week for a job. burn mad cals doing that. however, my biggest weekpoint right now is my tan and my hair. i'm gunna need to go tanning and get 50lbs of gel if i wanna be full out guidoed for this summer unsure.gif

Looking huge van. very noticable gains in your shoulders, traps, arms. Looks like you're enjoying the cycle.

You can run whatever in the end. of course, there are those who are gonna say "first cycle, use test only" but whatever. I had good results with multiple compounds.

Planning my next cycle as well. This was all a learning experience far as im concerned.

So goods, what you're saying is....You dont even workout. You just get totally jacked and tan from carpentry and deck building? Outstanding.

So Jesus must of been jacked and tan as well i suppose since he basically did the same stuff as you.

guess what i'm not big or lean so in 5 weeks i'm lowering my test to 250mgs for 4 weeks to cruise then running sust, NPP and d-bol for a 10 weeker making my first cycle 30 some weeks. i'm not kidding either. none of us even look like we workout and we need to take this budybuilding game more seriously if we want that disirable physique we all long for and gears is the only way there blink.gif
