I was just wondering what are you guys taking at the moment? In other words cutting or bulking, (Whatever it may be) what Supplements are you intaking? As for me, well I'm kinda lean bulking, with some solid low Budget, supplements that are great for overall health. For example, MAX CLA, LEAN GREEN, ALCALEAN, Yohimbine HCL, and CAFFEINE tablets. On my training days I take Cytogainer for PWO, and I take XTEND 3/4 out in my workout. This is making me feel great!!!

fish oil.
multi vit
buffered creatine.
no2d2 i beleive its called.

put on some solid weight mostly due to the muscle milk and creatine.
by solid i mean gains, not exactly pure muscle. obviously. wish it was though lol.

I love posts like this, im being serious. I take Novedex Xt, cellmass, no xplod, animal pak, on whey protein and 20 calories per pound of bodweight. I have seen consistent results with this stack. As a matter of fact i have gone from a measley 100 pounds at 5'6'' to a fairly bulky 185 and I feel great. I don't have any problem when it comes to gaining fat as for my metabolism, but I guess u could throw a fat burner in too if needed. Oh by the way I often reach for a VPX redline when I really wanna feel the rush pre-workout.

Lately i've just been taking lots of vitamins, I take a multi, fish oil, calcium, vitamin E. Also been taking protein on workout days. I just ordered some BN CEE 1000g and will see how that works out, but i've cut out my preworkout shock therapy mix because the caffeine is too much and I read it's bad for hair growth and I am trying to grow my hair out and noticed it is alot healthier when I have no caffeine for a month or two straight. I will need more protein soon but prices are so high now :/

Hey adamgrossman nah I was a long distance runner in high school, and a hargainer could run a mile in under five minutes but hey now I can bench 315 at 185 adn I still ain't slow although my spelling isn't perfect.
