 yea word good thinking anyways updates sry for lack of updates school has been kicken my ass have had 3 solid workout sessions the last couple days been playing around with dosage a lil bit this tub is huge scooper is so small too 1 day took it pre with green mad, really liked next time took green mag pre workout 2 scoops pw during workout, also liked today took green mag pre, 1 scoop pw with 2 scoops xtend during, and sipped on pw after wo, really liked this 'as far as effectiveness goes, today was the only day ive really felt stronger, today i felt realllllll goood was banging out reps out bench 225 like it was my job, usually cant do that Endurance is still realll good, having long solid workouts. still get that tingly feeling seems like its not as bad tho, maybe building a tolerance? diet has been bad, really just eating whatever i see, lots of cafeteria buffet food. weight in today at 194, down a lil bit, maybe becuzz of bad diet, dnt know, will be cleaner this week

 just got in from sfw and woooooowww great session strength felt reallll good today, throughout entire WO noticing strength increases past 2 WO, ive also been adding olympic style lifts so maybe thats really helping No tingly today, wierd i always get the tingle Endurance was great, i didnt wanna stop lifting Banged out sum HIIT cardio at the end of sesh while sipping on PW Dosing as followed, i scoop green mag pre WO, 2 scoops of PW during WO with 32oz of water yummmmmmm WO looked like Military press bb 5 x5 Hang clean 5 x 10 Dumbell Military 3 x 10 Side raises 3 x 10 Front raises 3 x10 Shrugs supersetted heavy weight to lighter weight 3 x 10 Banged out Cardio treadmill got my sweat on 1. 3 miles in 9 mins Diet today ( bad i no ) meal 1 - 3 scoops muscle milk, cinnamon bagel, couple egg whites meal 2 - vpx bar (class) meal 3 - vpx bar ( antoher class) Meal 4 - cafeteria buffet, 8 oz chicken breat, pot pie, green beans lots of carnberry/grape mix juice meal 5,6,7 will come later gna grill sum breast, and cook sum lean ground beef

 hit legs fri and then hit chest tris today fri was great, and today set new PR which was sweet Strength is deff increasing Leg day was good i took out squats just to switch things up DL worked up to 315 x 2 leg press worked up to 5 plates each side x 6 Leg extension to leg curl superset 3 x 10 walking lunges up and down hall way 2 set db jump squats 3 x 10 trying to improve my vertical leap..... today chest fooled around with 5 x 5 started at 185 easy, 195 easy, 205 easy, 215 semi easy, 225 got all 5 but difficult and actually managed to bang out 5 reps with 235 new PR for me so got me all pumped for the rest of WO inclien db 3 x 6 bench db 3 x 6 flyes 3 x 8 dips 3 x 10 tri pushdown 3 x 8 kickbacks 3 x 10 skull crushers 3 x 8 randomly thru in a ouple qucik sets of pushups Doasge goes as follows, green mag pre WO 2 sccops PW during WO with 32oz of water, yuuuuummm loving this so far great endurance, got tingly today an stregth is on the increase so always good news starting to feel less sore too prob the leucine helps alot this tub is huuuge tho i feel like i have an endless supply next workout will be wed, cant wait

 banged out chest yesterday, decent workout last 2 chest workouts seemed like strength increased, didnt see much this time tho Took 2 scoops during WO with 32oz of water yesterday endruance didnt feel so good, prob becuzz i drank alot of the weekend still managed a decent workout tho strength the same, endurance ok, sweated alot banged out chest and tri's Diet looked like yesterday meal 1 couple bowls of cereal, serving muscle milkmeal 2 and 3 vpx bar (in class) meal 4 - roast beef sub with 3 egg whites meal 5 - steak and cheese fries meal 6 - baked potato, and bunch of shrimp meal 7 - 1 scoop muscle milk, 1 scoop ON casein, 1 tbsp flax, 1 tbsp natty pb and 7 oz milk

 sry for lack of updates, finals is this week and ive been studying 24/7 anyway things still have been good been doing the usual 2 scoops during WO endurance is good, not as much tingle lately strength hasnt been the greatest due to lil rest from all studying have done sum shoulders and back, and legs and abs diet has been horrible not time to make any decent food i will do a more detail breakdown soon really stressed and busy with finals sorry
