Took a sample of
RPM pre-WO for a good
energy rush, and mixed 2 scoops of PW into half a gallon of water
Today was rough, strength felt down, motivation was down, and
endurance did not feel good. Although i looked about the same
size in the mirror, the scale and strength measures wwwaaaayy down.
WO went as follows
flat barbell bench 135 x 15, 155 x15, 185 x 10, 185 x 8, 205 x 4
barbell incline 135 x 10, 145 x 8, 155 x 6
DB bench (actually felt decent on this) 55's x 10, 65's x 6, 70'x x 6
DB flies 25's x 10, 25's x 10, 30's x 8
Barbell curls 65 x 6 x 3
DB curls 30's x 8, 30's x 7, 30's x 6
Curl Machine #5 x 10 x 3
Incline Hammer Curls 30's x 8 x 3
Felt really really weak today, and to top it all rite after lifting played golf for 4 hours with no food
anyway im gna smash food tonight real mad about weight drop and strength drop, down to 189 today
