I have finally decided to do a full competition cut. I plan on entering an all natural bodybuilding competition and I wanted to do a test run cut to work out the kinks. I only want to enter when I feel confident I can win(I really hate losing). If this goes according to plan, then I will go ahead and enter a comp at the end of this cut. Of course I will take pictures and video of the comp.
Here is my starting stats:

Height: 6'1"
Weight: 221 lbs
Bodyfat: 9.8% (Bod Pod)

Measurements: (all cold)
Shoulders: 55.25"
Lats: 48"
Chest: 45"
Arms: 17.5"
Forearms: 14.75"
Waist: 32.5"
Calves: 16"
Thighs: 25.75"
Neck: 17.25"

A little about myself:
I work in the hospital as a registered nurse in the CTICU. We get fresh postops from any acrdiac or thoracic surgery like open hearts. I plan on going back to school to become a CRNA aka nurse anesthetist. It is very hard to get into a school but I have great grades and people who have worked on my floor have been accepted into school so my unit has a good reputation with CRNA schools.
Anyways, I work nights for 12 hours and sometimes I am unable to eat when I want to for obvious reasons but I try my best.

I will try to get pictures up eventually but I need a new camera. I will also periodically write a detailed list of my food intake.

A thought my bodyfat would be a little lower because I have a 6 pack but I guess people have told me that the Bod Pod usually reads higher than people expected.

If anybody has any questions or comments feel free to chime in.

5 NeoVar upon waking
4 RPM 45 minutes before working out
5 NeoVar immediately after workout

Workout:
BB Bench 225x12, 275x8, 285x7
BB Incline Bench 195x12, 205x9, 215x7
DB Seated Shoulder Press 90's x11, 95's x10, 105's x7 (gym only has one 100)
BB Shrugs 225x20, 315x15, 365x11
Close Grip Bench 195x10, 205x9, 215x6
Reverse Grip Pushdown 110x13, 120x8, 130x4

Comments:
I LOVE these products. The NeoVar makes me feel great for about an hour after taking it (I know that it is due to the Rhodiola Rosea). The RPM gave me energy unlike any other supplement I have ever taken. Usually I get a lot of energy at the beggining of the workout but then it goes away about halfway through the workout. This gave me energy the whole workout and it felt like I had more energy at the end, unbelievable. The only downside is that I crashed after my workout But I attribute that to lack of sleep (had people over and couldn't go to bed early mad.gif ). Strength and endurance were the same as always.

This is what my meals look like on workout days. I plan to cut the carbs next week. I am an extremely hard gainer and therefore have to eat a lot.

8:00
4 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal.

10:30
1 and 1/2 cans of tuna, 1 cup of brown rice, tbsp of flaxseed oil

1:00
1 and 1/2 cans of tuna, 1 cup of brown rice

3:00
Workout

5:00
Waxy Maize and then 15 minutes later whey protein

6:15
8 ounce Chicken Breast, Bowl of Spaghetti with minimal sauce

9:00
8 ounce 96/4 lean beef, 1 cup of brown rice

11:00
Casein Protein, 1 and 1/2 tbsp of Flaxseed Oil

This comes out to approximately 350 grams protein, 310 grams of carbs, 120 grams of fat. 3720 Calories.

Forgot to mention that I was cramping really bad after my workout but I took some Taurine and it went away. I usually drink at least 1 and 1/2 gallons of water so its not from lack of water intake.

Very nice man! What show are you doing? Yeah, you will definitely have to cut those carbs down a little to trim up. No spaghetti precontest man, haha! A few less whole eggs too.

Train and diet hard. Let me know when you are thinking of coming in. Sooner the better. It is not the physique you possess, but rather the one you present. wink.gif

Not quite sure which show I am going to do yet or even if I am going to do one. If this cut goes as planned, then I will do whatever show is close to the date I think I will be ready. I just started my cut so it would be awhile. I've seen the shows that are coming up in Ohio on your website. Just going to plan it by ear for now, although I am eventually gonna have to go to Columbus to take your posing class. I suck at it.

Deep Leg Press 405x15, 455x12, 495x12, 545x11
Archilletas 3 sets of 6
Leg Extensions 135x16, 135x15, 145x15

Comments:
I think that I may try only taking 3 RPM next time because I slept like shit last night. Felt like I had energy the whole night even though I took the RPM eight hours before I tried to go to sleep. Also, I am not a person who sweats much but I have been sweating my balls off in the gym these last two days. I am loving the energy and focus that the RPM gives me. I didn't feel like lifting (I hate deads) but after popping the RPM I was raring to go. Plus, I took the RPM almost right before I lifted because it seems that as soon as I take them I feel like lifting and get this burst of energy. Weight and strength the same so far.

Just pick a show and do it. The kinda sorta thinking about it method will likely be less successful and really just gives you an out. Trial runs are not bad though.

Workout started out great with the RPM kicking in, but I didn't get much sleep last night and I lost energy and motivation and ended up only doing three back exercises. I had to go out and be social.

I really am only planning on doing a trial run because I have never really cut before. If I feel that I could compete at the end of my cut, then i will do a show. I plan on going to the Dayton show on 5/17 just to see how everything is run and how the competitors look.

Comments:
I took one less RPM because I had to go to bed early, but the one less was noticeable. There wasn't the same amount of energy and intensity. Plus, the gym was packed today and I couldn't do things that I wanted to do. Made for a shitty workout mad.gif

Lookin good Kevin!
Try lowering your RPM dose or meoving it even earlier in the day. You could also try splitting the dose up and staggering it....

Hope those sleep issues clear up.... if not and you like the stack enough to keep at it, I may be able to get some Lipo-PM your way to see if it helps out. I think you'd be best off to find a dosing scheme that clears it up for you though.

What a difference a day makes. I think that the NeoVar is kicking in. I went up in every exercise biggrin.gif . My weight is the same but I look leaner and I am seeing more veins pop out. Time to cut the carbs again. Will post my new diet soon.

Thanks man. Yea, I sleep better when I only take three but I have a much better workout when I take four. The staggering sounds like it may be a good idea. I am on days right now (work) but I change to nights next week so I will keep it at 4 for now and see what happens.

Also, how do I dose these on off days or do I even take them?

Neovar you can dose daily.... on off days just dose before breakfast and a mid-day/afternoon carb containing meal.

RPM will be up to you.... using 2 caps on off days would provide increased end results... but will also lead to a little quicker stim sensitivity.

P.S.~ Add 1 Neovar capsule into a 3 or 4 cap pre-workout RPM dose and see how that feels smile.gif This inclusion will aid in fat loss pretty well!

Buddy Curls 5 sets of 90 with as many reps as possible

Comments:
I got off work and just wasn't feeling it today, not even the RPM could help. I did manage to keep all my weights the same though. It probably didn't help that my workout partner came in 35 minutes into my workout.

Off Day

2 RPM upon waking
5 NeoVar 15 minutes later
2 RPM around noon to stay awake at work
5 Neovar before my fourth meal

Comments:
I was really tired when I woke up but as soon as I took the RPM I was wide awake. Also, the RPM takes my appetitie away like no other. I literally had to force my breakfast down. Basically, I have not been hungry this entire day smile.gif . This is great for cutting. Oh, and my quads are probably more defined than they have ever been, but they hurt like a bitch from the leg pounding I did the
