1. Warm Up Jog
2. Mat Shrimping
3. Forward Lunges
4. Backward Lunges
5. Lateral Rope Jumps
6. Lateral Rope Jumps w/ Crawl
7.Jog 1 minute and than lift for 1 minute x4 rounds
8. Bag boxing for 1 minute, jump rope for 1 minute, bear crawl for 1 minute, 360 abs for 1 minute, and bag boxing for 1 minute x4
9. Impact Abs: 3x25
10. Plank and Side Plans
