| Im wondering If anyone takes anything for their skin/face? Ive been taking Grape Seed Extract and it works pretty good but Im wondering if someone has something better in their arsenal? |

| Most of these vitamins are most effective as a topical ointment, but can also help if consumed. Vit C and E for preventative care. Vit A for maintaining good skin. Vit B (biotin, niacin) for younger looking skin. Vit K for baggy eyes. Selenium, Copper and Zinc. A-LA. EFA's.
Last, but not least, let us not forget the regular application of cocoa butter to prevent stretch marks! |

| You could also rub icy hot all over your body and lay in a tanning bed! Might want to have a few drinks before hand. |

Im going to another JW cycle soon and i get pretty bad acne from it. Anyone got any recommendations? |

| B5 will clear up any case of acne at 10 grams a day, once clear can go on 3 grams a day also need to take a B50 and some extra biotin so you do not get a deficiency in other B vitamins Will give you loose stool so need to take extra fiber also and will make you sensitive to the sun so take after tanning |

| drink alot of water and stay away from sugar. fish oil helps tremendously as well especially salmon. |
