With great work outs like squats, Leg workouts, cardio, core. Also a great smooth solid Nutrition plan, never really had the need to cheat with those High Carb high calorie days coupled with full leg days. Then the day after, double
protein low carb healthy fats.
Must say getting lean and seeing lines is really fun.

Napalm yeah...The stuff hasnt really disappointed me. Its no miracle but it really helps and meets you half way if you first meet it half way.
The side effects are on the outside of the skin it gets really dry, some times alittle rash maybe around the navel, or just gets aliitle red, and itches and maybe thats why it is red. But Overall reaaly like going into the next bottle so far it has been fun to take like supplements should.
