I've cycled the new version of JW before and had some decent gains but I had a couple of questions: What's the differerence between the new one and the old one? Which is better? (Strength, mass, side effects) How long should you run a cycle? (I've heard 8 weeks is the best) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Not sure what the difference between the new one and old one is, because ALRI won't come out and confirm what either of them are. It's been theorized that the older one had 6-DMT in it, which is supposedly a mild steroid, so a PCT may be necessary. The older one is supposed to be better for mass and strength gains. As for length, I'm going to run the old one for 8 weeks, probably sometime this Winter.

Yeah, I'm going to do an 8 week cycle...just haven't decided one which one yet. Most likely it'll be the new one, seeing as it has had some better reviews. I've heard both contain a mild steroids..just two diff. mild steroids. Doogsy, just pick up their ALRI's Retain. That should do the trick.
