| k im trying to lose fat asap... while still gaining muscle... like everyone else out there. i have... whey protein creatine mono glutamine dextrose maltodextrin caffeine ephedrine hcl yohimbine hcl green tea extract multi v what im doing now is... whey, creatine, EC in morning ECY half hour pre workout whey creatine glutamine dextrose multi v post workout EC late afternoon i havent been taking maltodextrin cause i read its bad to take that with the EC stack. is this true? working out ~5x a week and cardio ~3 a week good? i have a good diet. can anyone help me out with this overall plan ive got going? any recommendations? thank you/ |

| just eat clean and do cardio and you will be alright sidenote...what I dont get is people post all these supplemnts that "they have" yet have no idea what to do with the or how to take them...what happened to thinking things through first |

| What excellent and original words or wisdom, Randy. I've never read anything like that. I thank you for your incredibly helpful post. Since I obviously have NO IDEA what to do with all these all these supplements... Tell me... Is creatine most effective if taken by my body through the anus? |
