What do you all think of the GNC Multivitamin?

Smells better than most. Other than that, I can't really tell the difference between the multi's I've taken. If you can get it at a decent price, then it's OK I guess.

i used to take a multi V from wal-mart and then i started noticing small bald spots on my head a lil smaller than the size of a dime. so i did some research and come to find out...certains multi vitamins will cause hair loss...because of some excess mineral like zinc or something...not sure what it was. the point being is not all vitamins are created equal.

Multi's are GNC's claim to fame, pretty much, so they're pretty decent. I usually pick up Ultra Mega or something from there whenever I find it on the 75% clearance. pretty good deal at that price.

gnc's are pretty good, i've been using them for a while without incident. i only take half the dosage though (1 pill) because my diet is usually really good. just don't waste your money on the "sport" ones.

No, do everything the GNC salesmen tell you to do! They're experts. Spend ALL your money there!

lol, gnc is pretty solid, but yeah, a lot of the guys at the register will just tell you ANYTHING to get you to leave or buy something.

I work for GNC and I just take the Sport Vitamin. And no, I don't just take it b/c I work there and get a discount, lol. It's actually a lot better than some vitamins, not like Animal Pak, but better than some. It's easy to take, no fillers, and it's time released. Yes, there are better, it's not the best, but it'll do just fine.

Actually, I do take the Sport multi from GNC. It's a standard B rich multi, with some additional label decorations that are WAY too under dosed to be any good. C'mon, 150mg of BCAA? I might try ON's Opti-Men when my bottle of GNC stuff runs out--it looks pretty solid, and is a little cheaper (if I order it online).

It's a hell of a lot better than ones you get at wal-mart, with only 100% of the FDA Daily Value. Since when do we rely on the government to tell us how much of anything to put in our bodies? Especially anyone who does anything more than walk 20 feet to his/her car four times a day. I think that's one of the reasons America is one of the most obese nations in the world. They tell us to eat low fat, high carb. They subsidise corn, so every farmer grows it, so we have a surplus, so we are forced to feed our livestock corn instead of grass, which depletes almost every meat of omega-3's, and everyone knows the benefits of omega-3's! Yeah, compared to an RDA vitamin like Centrum, it's hella better.

If you are, ahem, "knee deep in the game" (forgive me lord), then I would suggest what I have heard to be the holy grail of multi's, Russian Bear.

Anyways, I personally take like 24 tabs and caps a day of stuff I chose myself, not including the powders. I dont think I am big enough to need Russ Bear.

GNC is descent but Solgar is the best. Multi-vitamins are overrated compared to taking different vitamin and minerals throughout the day considering absorption battles. But a multi is still a good safeguard and can help gains and recovery. Different forms are also superior to some forms. Like chromium picolinate is the best chromium, Ester C is good C, Gluconates are better than Oxides and Chelated minerals absorb better. Now's on this site looks good and is cheap.

I worked at GNC for a while. Its pretty decent as far as waking up with good energy and lasting the whole day without needing much of a caffeine dosage. I have grown fond of NOW Adam which has got to be one of the top notch products. NOW makes some great products, which ranks right alongside Universal Animal Pak in my books.
