 Word mah dem. That's what I mean, why risk burning muscle to try and get "ripped" when you're not even competing. You still had abs and were lean enough. Plus you won't go crazy eating like a freakin bird namean. Looking good though. Now add some size to that chest!!!

 i did havoc for 2 weeks/ m-drol for 2 weeks in the fall for a 4 week cycle. i just got back some of the gains that i lost when i cut, which were all the gains from my first cycle. when it comes down to it i've only made gains off of one ph cycle. everything else was natty. cant wait to do a gear bulker i havent gained any muscle from from this cut. i think i've kept all muscle tho.

I hear ya on that, my BP always goes up when the weight goes up quick....What did you run or did you natty bulk it?

Yeah my body reacts terrible in cuts, not terrible, but I have a scorching metabolism, and Im just learning my limits. So I realized the previous times that I cut, I was under eating tremendously, so I was losing more muscle that I shoulda. Excited for my next one though, new cardio sched too should make it fun.

 word... i started my cut with clen, didn't really do shit... then everything was goin pretty good and i added ECA in for about a week and lost some fat, but mostly strength and muscle i'm stickin to diet and cardio... all those thermogenics and bullshit just make you go catabolic as fuck Wish i had loot for some test... but whatever, this fall i'm poppin my gear cherry fo show How much more you tryin to lose goods before you start lean bulking?

 thanks bigben, i agree that i'm a lot leaner for just a month. its weird tho i always feel like i'm not getting leaner. especially now. we'll see in a month. i feel gay when u tell me i have big arms when yours are WAAAAaaaaAAAaaaaAAAY bigger but thanks. i'll probly keep posting pics every now and then. its good to see progress that way
