Sorry for the lack of updates, My wireless card went bad and I had to get a new
one. Didn't lift friday but did chest and back on sat with great results, I felt an awesome pump and more
energy than usual in the gym. I've changed my doseage to 2
v-50 caps
pre workout and none of off days and it seems to be giving me more of an edge in the gym. Most lifts were about th same but I did increase my bench by 5 more reps and was able to add 20 more lbs to my upright row with not much more effort. My gym has closed on sundays now for some reason and was closed monday due to the holiday. I did do bi's and tri's yesterday, 5/27, and had an awesome pump and I was able to knock out 12 reps with weight I normally only get 8 with. I went biking on thurs (5/22), sunday (5/25) and ran a mile yesterday (5/27). As of yesterday my weight was at 233, which leads me to believe that "lean up" has some
diuretic properties to it. I do look less bloated and feel that way also. So far it's been a good first week
