 Hello, i have a dilema. Im a girl. Ive been working out for about 2 years, ok diet, happy with my weight/fitness. Ive always relied on natural supplements ( L-carnitine, CLA, ALA, green tea) for weight management. In the past 2 months i gained about 5 pounds mostly due to my birth control pill (a little bit also due to not dieting so clean, but 80% cause of the pill). So i panicked and bought lipo 6X. So, ive been taking it for 2 days and i swear to God, i lost like 2 pounds already, but i can really tell, my abs are way more defined, less bloated. It's like i lost 2 pounds entirely of fat from my stomach. So i my weight is good now, im happy. I dont know if it's because of the lipo 6x or just because the birth control side effects have stopped. Should i continue with the lipo 6x?? im scared if i continue i might lose too much weight, but im also scared if i stop, ill gain those 2-3 pounds again and im liking my stomach right now lol. Advices? By the way, i know most of u are guys so please give me some serious answers. Thank you

Good point WRT the effects of Lipo-6. One should not use harsh stimulants such as Lipo-6 for more than 4 weeks at a time.Caffiene and yohimbine are very anxiogenic and this jacks cortisol through the roof,which is not remotely desirable in the long term for promotion of a leaner body type. ALCAR would ease the transition off the stronger stimulant and does help with fat loss too,as it is a derivitive/offshoot of l-carnitine.In most,ALCAR supplementation counteracts the 'cracked out" anxiogenic state of hard stims. If I may be so bold,I suggest adding 2 grams of epa/dha daily and Sesathin for synergystic fat loss and damage control. If you would like,I can post up an abstract or the full text of a study from Pubmed validating the synergy between fish oil and sesamin.I don't have it on hand,otherwise I'd post it now butI can dig it up with no problems. NOW is a reputable and dependable brand and liquid (lemon flavored) fish oil saves a LOT over fish oil gelcaps. http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=2555And Sesathin: http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=2164WRT dosing,do not combine the two as sesamin oxidizes fats so this would cancel out a good deal of the benefits of fish oil. A highly favorable dosing protocol would be Sesathin with your first three (and of highest caloric content) meals of the day and dosing fish oil right before going to sleep with a small ( low carb intake is ideal at this time) meal or a MRP.

The estrogen in the pill is contributing to the weight gain, and its likely water weight. for you to lose 2 lbs of fat on lipo in 2 days is unlikely, thats nearly 7000 calories that would of needed to be burned. it was water. or you took a ginormous dump. either one. but keep taking the lipo, if you lose too much weight, just reduce the frequency of the dose. i agree with the ALCAR reducing that cracked out feeling. It helps utilize fatty acids for energy as well. p.s. to better help you, i suggest a full frontal shot and back shot. you can PM me and i'll assist you further. thanks

SHE was talking about weight loss. and she is trying to lose fat obviously. i am cutting and my weight varies by 10lbs depending on what i eat a how much water i drink. i am not trying to shred water for a fight either. i'm letting her know that the weight she lost in that short about if time isnt fat. idiot wow var i see can squat 120lbs for reps. thats fuckin badass man

 I've had the same situation when starting Lipo and other fat burners. No big deal. If you drop 15 lbs next week, then you might want to worry.
