I just finished the power week of it. You don't get winded as you would with shorter rest periods, but each muscle feels completely destroyed after the w/o. I like this method much better than max-ot. The rest periods are slightly longer than max ot, however,
intensity is the same and the number of sets is slightly higher than m-ot. Today is an off day, but I seem to be walking around with sort of a perpetual pump that I usually don't get from a more conventional routine. I'm pretty sore also.
I'll start the rep range phase tomorrow! Can't wait.
