glucosamine or chondroitin. there's another relatively new one out, but i can't think of the name offhand nor do i have any experience with it.

Ive tried msm, glucosamine, chondroitin and nada. Ive had very good results for my shoulder injuries with SuperCissus RX.I buy the bulk powder though.

I believe Hylaronic (sp?) acid is another option but I have no experience with it.

ditto on this. they take a little while to feel the effects, but it might also be a wise idea to ease up on the chest and maybe some of the more strenuous shoulder workouts for a little bit. Sometimes all they need is a little break, and they will be back in top shape in no time at all.

USPLabs SuperCissus RX helps to repair ligaments, tendons and joint injuries and also eliminates joint pain. Personally, I have had shoulder problems before and SuperCissus RX helped.

I had a back pain and every month my Chiropractic made some adjustments to fix the problem . Three months ago I have started using a supplement called Colvita and now I don’t have to visit my Chiropractic any more. My pain is gone and I feel great.

Try devils claw root.....

I use this, glucosimine, fish oil and sometimes Naproxen.....sometimes sometimes turns into every day when something hurts too much for too long.
