Professional Supplements - Pure Karbolyn "The Next Generation Carbohydrate"

What is Karbolyn?Karbolyn is a homopolysaccharide. (relatively complex carbohydrate).
Karbolyn is made up of many monosaccharides joined together by glycosidic bonds. These are vey large bonds that are branched macromolecules. The "Molecular Mass" has been precisely manipulated to create absorption through the stomach at a rate much greater than maltodextrin, dextrose, breads, pasta, rice or any other carb product on the market.
Karbolyn is a patent pending carbohydrate that contains very unique properties. Because Karbolyn passes through the stomach very quickly, it acts like a pump, pulling water and nutrients along with it. This high tech carbohydrate actually moves through the stomach 80% faster than dextrose or sugar. Karbolyn also has a Higher Solution Osmolality than Dextrose, Sucrose or other carb powder mixes on the market. This is due to the unique properties found in the patent pending process. Karbolyn is completely sugar free.
Karbolyn is produced using a newly developed "Enzymatic Milling Process". The food source to produce the Karbolyn is potato, rice, & corn. The finished prduct is modified molecular mass polysaccharide that is absorbed very quickly with out any side effects, stomach bloating or discomfort plus it mixes instantly.

What is Karbolyn used for?
Pure Karbolyn was invented for the sole purpose of carbohydrate loading. It was designed for Elite Athletes looking for a fast, safe, and high performance way to easily load the muscle with accessible muscle energy (glycogen). Karbolyn has been instantized, so it mixes instantly!

The SECRET is all in the Processing!Be Careful. If your product looks like "Powdery", cheap, unprocessed corn starch (that you can buy at the grocery store) it probably is! Native, unprocessed starch is NOT going to give you the rapid absorbing, glycogen loading results you are looking for. Here is why:
Initially, whey protein is only 12% protein in content and full of fat and lactose before it is processed. The highest quality whey protein isolate available has gone through a ton of processing to remove fat, lactose, and other whey components to yield a very nice amino acid profile. As you may already know, the extensive (and expensive) processing of whey protein is the reason why Whey Protein Isolate is the fastest absorbing protein and perfect for building muscle. The very unique, compounded, patent pending processing of Pure Karbolyn is the reason why it is rapidly absorbed, non-bloating and ideal for muscle glycogen loading. Don't waste your time and $$ on unprocessed starches! Consuming unprocessed starch is like taking a cheap non-effective protein that does nothing for building muscle. Cheap is not what you want when it comes to your body, health and workouts.
Plain and simple, the BEST thing you can do before, during, and after your workouts is drink high quality Pure Karbolyn. Pure Karoblyn is designed to get the carbs and nutrients through the stomach and IN the muscle, where they belong!

Pure Karbolyn Overall Benefits:
- Rapid absorption
- Non-bloating
- Sugar Free
- Transports nutrients quickly into the bloodstream.
- Pure Karbolyn can be added to your favorite pre & Post workout formula to DOUBLE their effectiveness!

Pure Karbolyn is an IDEAL pre-contest carb loader!Karbolyn is ideal for super muscle glycogen loading! The unique formula in Pure Karbolyn helps bodybuilders achieve that skin tight, granite hard appearance on stage. Pure Karbolyn pulls water out of the skin and into the muscle yielding a larger more ripped muscular physique!

Cheapest I could find it for w/ a google search was over $10 per lb. Kinda steep for a carb product. It would have to produce some pretty incredible results to warrant buying it at that price. I'll keep an eye on upcoming logs and see what ppl. get out of it.

laugh.gif that's like 300g of carbs if you were to take it pre, during and post.

It depends on your weight, and of course goals!! I think the best times to divide your carbs are breakfast, pre-workout, and post-workout. Putting about 75% of your carb intake for the day around those times.

You can kind of think of this like protein, you have Whey protein isolate which is an example of a protein that does "high-end" processing. The highest quality whey protein isolate starts out as the "scum" on top of curdling milk. Back in the day, this "scum" used to be thrown out or fed to the pigs! This "byproduct" from curdling milk is called "sweet dairy whey". Sweet dairy whey is only 12% protein in content. The sweet dairy whey is then passed through a number of ultra filtaration units to remove fat and lactose to leave a concentrated whey protein in liquid suspension. This whey protein concentrate comes in different concentration levels: 34%, 50% and 80% protein. The concentration all depends upon how much [u]processing[u] the sweet dairy whey went thru.
Whey Protein Isolate is 90% protein by content. Whey protein isolate has gone through even more processing to separate it from other whey components. Whey protein isolate has one of the best amino acid profiles for building muscle. Whey protein isolate is also one of the most expensive proteins on the market because of all the processing that was done to it.

The new Karbolyn that is out uses a patent pending process that really takes processing to the next level!

I guess I'm willing to pay more for a highly refined protein than a highly refined carb because it builds muscle a lot more efficiently.

Exactly!!!!!

I meant the highly engineered protein is more efficient at building muscle than an engineered carb. That may not have come across in my last post.

So i take it your not a fan of post-workout carbs? My question to you would be why? There a ton of benefits to taking a good carb post-workout. They can spike your insulin levels, feed nutrients to your muscle, and load glycogen. I think that's pretty important don't you?

Important but you can get dextrose dirt cheap and even bulk WMS can be had for a fraction of how much it used to cost. I can't see paying so much more for another carb source that's going to have the same net effect, but be absorbed a little quicker. I do prefer WMS over dextrose, but as I said, it's pretty reasonably priced these days.
