ANY exercise will help in fat loss, it's the
intensity that you do them that is key.....have you seen guys at the gym that have been there for years that still look the same??? Hitting the large muscle groups is
one way to help fatloss but as I wrote above you have to REALLY train, not go through the motions of exercising.
Monitor the amount and type of carbs you are consuming them and when, it's usually a good idea to taper off carbs as bedtime approaches.
Take 2 weeks off from the eca stack then go back on for 2 weeks, the off time will "clean out" the receptors for your next 2 week cycle. Try something like Venom Hyperdrive or something similar maybe for the 2 weeks you are off
