Ive never really been in the market for a
thermogenic or a fat burner, Ive always been on the lean side and taken things geared towards bulking. I recently suffered a severe knee injury that had me sitting on my ass all day long for about 4 weeks
straight, and with the help of physical therapy im getting back to my regular workout schedule, but with a bit more blubber than I would like and with it being well into summer, thats not cool. Doc says im good to go, so i would appreciate any input on which
fat burners worked well for you guys.

Lifting for...5 years
bf...??cant
see my abs, but not a beer belly?? if that means anything at all.
im not looking to get crazy
shredded, but i want well defined abs and to not look like im holding 10lbs of water.
And to all those advocates of an on-point diet, i am well aware of the possibilities, i just need a little help.
