Hey guys sorry for missing yesterday couldnt get on the comp..work is nuts right now..but bbeen lifting.
6 15am - supports, 5 eggs, toast,

9 45am - Nuts,
ice tea, chicken breast
1pm- homemade chicken chow mein, orange, nuts, 10mg
M1T3 45pm -

5pm- chicken chow mein, supports
5 30pm -
white flood8pm - pasta with tons of lean beef homemade
sauce, Cesare salad,
protein shake.
ill have another shake pre bed.
SHOLDERS/ABS
DB side lats - 25 X15, 30 X12, 35 X10, 40 X8
DB shoulder press - 40 X12 , 45 X10 , 50 X10
rear delt cable cross overs - 17.5 kilos X 10 X3
leg raises - 30 X 3sets
olympic bar twists - 2 sets to failure ( I LOVE THIS EXERCISE JUST LEARNED IT)
hammer stength shoulder press - 100 X10, 110 X10, 120 X10
RATINGS
WEIGHT - up 4lbs.. starting to get it now...
STRENGTH - can tell its about to go BOOM...pushing weights was easy today and that broke a couple PRs and had NO problem.. will start pushing 100% now.
PUMPS - Out of this world...back pumps can be a little to much but I find If I do a exercise to stretch it out its fine between sets.
ENERGY - is like a roller coaster..hour by hour im up an down in
energy levels
SIDES - Sleeping good now..tired in the mornings and through out the day but its not to bad..been in a good mood most the time.. I can tell if something really pissed me off id snap for sure. looks like I may be getting a little acne on the cheek which sucks but hopefully it doesnt get to bad. Bloating doesnt seem to be bad at all either.
