its an off day today.. going to chill with the woman an take it easy. But I finally slept good last night and no real new feeling to add in..if im not noticing much more then the pumps im getting on friday ill be going up to 10mg.

DAY 6

Hey guys sorry for missing yesterday couldnt get on the comp..work is nuts right now..but bbeen lifting.

6 15am - supports, 5 eggs, toast, protein shake

9 45am - Nuts, ice tea, chicken breast

1pm- homemade chicken chow mein, orange, nuts, 10mg M1T

3 45pm - Protein shake

5pm- chicken chow mein, supports

5 30pm - white flood

8pm - pasta with tons of lean beef homemade sauce, Cesare salad, protein shake.

ill have another shake pre bed.

SHOLDERS/ABS

DB side lats - 25 X15, 30 X12, 35 X10, 40 X8

DB shoulder press - 40 X12 , 45 X10 , 50 X10

rear delt cable cross overs - 17.5 kilos X 10 X3

leg raises - 30 X 3sets

olympic bar twists - 2 sets to failure ( I LOVE THIS EXERCISE JUST LEARNED IT)

hammer stength shoulder press - 100 X10, 110 X10, 120 X10

RATINGS
WEIGHT - up 4lbs.. starting to get it now...

STRENGTH - can tell its about to go BOOM...pushing weights was easy today and that broke a couple PRs and had NO problem.. will start pushing 100% now.

PUMPS - Out of this world...back pumps can be a little to much but I find If I do a exercise to stretch it out its fine between sets.

ENERGY - is like a roller coaster..hour by hour im up an down in energy levels

SIDES - Sleeping good now..tired in the mornings and through out the day but its not to bad..been in a good mood most the time.. I can tell if something really pissed me off id snap for sure. looks like I may be getting a little acne on the cheek which sucks but hopefully it doesnt get to bad. Bloating doesnt seem to be bad at all either.

4 lbs in a week is awesome. Looks like strength is bout to kick in. Good to see the sleep is better as you're body adjusts to the new androgen.

Diet looks like you're gettin your bulk on. Some people complained of loss of appetite on M. I never had the appetite suppresion either.

yup no problem eating at all...sex drive is still high and lethargy is bearable..but its deff there. Except when im actually lifting.

DAY 7

kind of an off day... had to spend 4 hours at the car dealership cus they messed up on my papers for my car..then I decided to get in the gym even tho its an off day just for a couple exercises I didnt do during the week.

BB shoulder shrugs - 225 X15 , 275 X10, 295 X10, 225 X10, 225 X10

BB forearm curls - 66lbs X20 X5 sets

then did 15min on the treadmill and 5min hard on the skipping rope.

tomorrow should be a good leg day ..unless I have to go into work for overtime...

fuck man..havnt been logging cus im thinking this shit is bunk..weight is the same..diet is great. no sides at all..besides back pumps ??!?.sex drive is high as always..not feeling lathargic..guess first week was placebo or something..thinking about trying it at 20mg aday for a week then calling it quits..8 days in and I not notciing much sad.gif .. didnt lift today cus my GF made all these plans..but unless my workout tomorrow is crazy explosive im going to be pissed!

shit is bunk..we'll just went to 20mg aday but pretty damn sure its bunk..but i got some D-bol on the way and its 100% legit. So good thing I got this M1T for free on my Bday..and will still have a PCT for my D-bol. Unless magically the M1T decides to be real.
