Have used AP 3x day stack with
Pslin prewo and loved the pump and abilty to eat lots of carbs and gain little fat.
Was thinking about adding JW 3x day and Mass Fx 3x day. Not sure about JW because of the mixed reviews I have heard and the shaddy business with a mild PH being in there and some people reporting mild sides.
I planned on going 30 days with it and setup this way:
1 cap AP, 1 cap JW and 1 cap Mass Fx...15-20 min pre morning pre 20 g protien shake and 40g Waxy maize
1 cap AP, 1 cap JW and 1 cap Mass Fx 15-20 min pre lunch
1 cap
pslin, 1 cap JW and 2 caps Mass Fx 15-20
pre workout (workout usually 530-600pm) 20
protein and 40-60 waxy
1 cap AP post workout then 15-20 min 50g
protein and 100g waxy
