Sadly, there isn't one. Either things are underdosed or they are completely overdosed. AOR Orthocore is good but too many caps to take a day. Just eat reasonably and ditch a mutli as you probably just piss most of it out anyways.

I feel ya i often don't take supplement because of taste and/or pill count. It's ridiculous like really make it one really big pill.
