Supp. regimen looks good, but you're going to be EXTREMELY overtrained if you're not, already. Five days of weights a week is ok if you're advanced and have great recovery ability, but it would bring a lot of ppl into an overtrained state.
As far as cardio, I don't think anyone at all would recommend 12 cardio sessions per week. At that rate, you'll be burning up a ton of muscle and probably weaking
havoc on your joints, inviting overuse injuries.
I don't know how someone would have the time to eat or even hold a full time job w/ this training schedule. I would say if you're cutting, start cardio low and build up to 3 or 4 days a week. Most ppl. will say 5 is too much, if you're trying to not lose a lot of muscle.
