Using only the wonderful bulk supplements by 1fast400, of course wink.gif its just the basics....

3gms Creatine Ethyl Ester
3gms Arginine Base
5gms L-Glutamine
200-500mgs Caffeine (depending on how much kick I need)
Mix it all in some Kool-Aid or Apple Juice

Then 3gms CEE wth 5gms L-Glutamine in my Post-W/O shake.

Its a hellovalot cheaper and will last longer, without all the little bullshit ingredients.

Missing anything? Maybe some Beta-Alanine......let me kno.

that looks good, id up the cee to 5g but thats it....ive been doing the same thing also, all bulk nutriiotn bulk stuff and it has lasted forever, i usually mix with crystal light lemonade flavor, and after lifts i mix it with pinapple juice

I guess cause beta-alanine is kind of a new to me, not that im old school or anything, but im not exactly sure what it does, and was lookin for opinions. I do know that it is in alot of new pre-workouts, thats why I threw in the question.

Good call on the Citrulline, didnt even think of that. What would be the dosage?

Also, why would you need to take beta alanine pre-wo? Why not just take it throughout the day or even post? It's not a huge deal when you take it but it is a good supplement and I reaped the benefits without ever taking it pre-wo..

I'd totally add in some Taurine, its cheap and effective. What about some BCAA's, or plain Leucine?

Also I'd mix one up either preWO or mid workout with some Dextrose added in too. Then either knock down the # of grams or keep it same.

Im on a bit of a budget, so I went with all the stuff that I originally listed, and got some tribulus just to keep test from falling off.
Been using it for bout a week and works real good, gotta be careful with the caffein tho. I had some creatine mono layin around so i threw that in there too. Ima go with what I have till I get more cash money and deff pick up some citrulline, beta alanine and taurine. I could use more focus and muscle stamina.
