Hey guys, i've decided I want to start cutting soon...over the last couple years ive bulked from 170 pounds 9-11% body fat to 200 pounds 20-21% body fat. I think its time to cut...a couple of questions though...

should I finish out my muscle milk and then cut?
should I start now and take muscle milk while I cut?
should my lifting be the same and just add in cardio?
how many calories should I eat?
and when should I stop cutting and bulk back up?

I'm mainly doing this because I have had gyno since I was 13, im 18 now, the glands are not very big at all, actually I have mild gyno, my nips are soft, when there hard my chest looks great...there is some kind of lump under both of them but it is very mild. I really like being at 200 pounds, but I don't like the way my chest looks, so i'm hoping if I lower the fat it will disappear some. Thanks.

Personally I would finish the Muscle Milk, and go ahead and start cutting.

it all depends on how you are lifting now, to answer if you need to change it. you generally want to lift in the 10-15 rep range with 30-45 sec in between sets, and deff add cardio.

Nothing particularly wrong with Muscle Milk on a cut if you mix in water. Question really is how does your diet look? Do you have it planned out?
