Hey guys, i've decided I want to start cutting soon...over the last couple years ive bulked from 170 pounds 9-11% body fat to 200 pounds 20-21% body fat. I think its time to cut...a couple of questions though...
should I finish out my
muscle milk and then cut?
should I start now and take
muscle milk while I cut?
should my lifting be the same and just add in cardio?
how many calories should I eat?
and when should I stop cutting and bulk back up?
I'm mainly doing this because I have had gyno since I was 13, im 18 now, the glands are not very
big at all, actually I have mild gyno, my nips are soft, when there hard my chest looks great...there is some kind of lump under both of them but it is very mild. I really like being at 200 pounds, but I don't like the way my chest looks, so i'm hoping if I lower the fat it will disappear some. Thanks.
