Just wondering if anyone uses nootropics during supplement or ph cycles to help moderate agression and rage? Ive been thinking about trying one or more just to help settle some days where its hard to control emotions/anger etc. Those kinds of things tend to be the only sides I get from taking anything. Suggestions or opinions?

It's definitely a good idea to control some of those negative aspects of being "on-cycle."

Try this:

1-2 grams of L-tryptophan close to bedtime on an empty stomach

and

1-2 grams of L-tyrosine or L-phenylalanine 1 hour prior to breakfast or sometime during the day on an empty stomach.

And if you decide to do this, make sure take them separated by a few hours because their transport mechanisms into the brain are the same and they will compete

If i choose take those as suggested, should i anticipate any sort of tolerance build up and not take them daily? I'd like to try to get the most of their effects, but not build up too much of a tolerance and have to take too much of that crap just to get a buzz on.

You actually need to take them every day for the desired effects.

The pleasant effects from L-tryptophan will be felt approximately 2 weeks after you begin supplementation.

The L-tryosine/L-phenylalanine will take less time.

The most important thing to remember is to take them on an empty stomach, and not to use competing amino acids at the same time.
