Big clean diet and noticeable fat gain with only maybe 5 lbs lbm. Never even got past my pr's from my previous
test cycle. Besides bench I guess, 305 for 8,8,7 in first week and 325 for 3 of 8 by end of pct. Bench too much like a pl'er though and I wouldn't say chest is well developed. Got some sh*tty IGF too for my pct. Been rough bros.
