To me my arms look small and they have been stuck at 18 inches for awhile now. You have made great progress tho DT. Everything seems to flow pretty well on you, so that is good.

my arms are 17.5 with bi's pumped, i havent tried to measure with bi's and tri's pumped. Ive went from 14 to 17.5 in a year, but i also gained 2 inches on my waist. I figure after 10 more years i might have a chance to get my pro card. Hopefully if i can stay semitrical i can compete in a year or 2. But i have a back surgery coming up, so thats going to set me back a little.

That's funny that you say you thought it was him. I'm actually doing the DRIVE/RPM stack and that is the reason I'm getting so SWOLL as you put it rolleyes.gif

YA BUDDY, i dont believe in all the hype from supps but RPM/DRIVE is one of the few natty supps that ive used that i could actually tell a difference from, Anabolic Pump was pretty cool too.

I havn't lifted a single peice of iron in over two years but for some reason got the itch last week. So i hit up Golds and now regret feeding the itch. Natural would be herbs, protein, creatine, etc. Again, it depends who you ask. I'm sure there are lots of other opinions. How'd your first workout back go? Are you sore as all hell now?

i knew i was going to be sore, but not this sore. I basically did db flat, db incline, db flys, (all 3 sets)

and switched to lat pulls wide grip, close grip, and some machines. I have never been this sore in my life. Not joking but the swelling has stayed for about 4 days (day 2 was the worse: 48 hour rule as i say)...couldn't sleep and had to take some aspirin/aleve; stored about 2 lbs of water weight in my upper judging by the scale.

I absolutely hate the first couple weeks back. Fortunately I worked construction with my pops up until about a few months ago so I hadn't lost everything , from a few years back, but still lost most of it.

What other natties are there? Cissus?
