i knew i was going to be sore, but not this sore. I basically did db flat, db incline, db flys, (all 3 sets)
and switched to lat pulls wide grip, close grip, and some machines. I have never been this sore in my life. Not joking but the swelling has stayed for about 4 days (day 2 was the worse: 48 hour rule as i say)...couldn't sleep and had to take some aspirin/aleve; stored about 2 lbs of water weight in my upper judging by the scale.
I absolutely hate the first couple weeks back. Fortunately I worked construction with my pops up until about a few months ago so I hadn't lost everything , from a few years back, but still lost most of it.
What other natties are there?
