I don't watch much TV anymore but am tonight. I just saw Magic Johnson in a commercial for Rent A Center. I can't believe that place is still in business, and I really can't believe Magic Johnson was pimping it.

No joke. I was in hs when that mug came down w/ the HIV. I can remember ppl. were concerned about playing w/ him on the Olympic Dream Team that yr.

The worst commercial out there right now is the one w/ Scott and his man love session w/ the Quizno's oven. It's pretty much over the top as far as sexual innuendo goes. I can see maybe playing it late nights on certain channels, but doesn't seem cool for daytime stuff.

Last report I read on Magic Johnson was that he only had trace amounts of HIV left in his system.

I fucking cried when i was a kid and heard he was "going to die". I feel like an idiot, that was like 18 years ago

he was married when it happened. I wonder if his wife got HIV or if she was injected with the $$$ too

Yea, the virus is like almost not there.. The drugs that he is taking has under control.. My wife works in a lab and makes a ton of money.. she told me what was going on what I have no clue what she was saying.
