Had a late workout tonight. Popped a tablet around 11am this morning then one right before training at 9:30pm. I woke up this morning and felt weird so to speak. Felt like I had been out drinking the whole night. Anyways I started my workout with deadlifts tonight. Managed to bang out 6 good sets on deadlifts. I attempted 425 and missed it. I just started deadlifting again about a month ago. I want to get my bench, squat, and deadlift numbers up. After missing 425 I was a little pissed and I managed to pinch my thumb between the bar and my prosthetic leg which ripped my thumb open. Blood was all over the mat and my shoe. I proceeded to hit 4 sets of pull ups, 5 sets of seated cable rows, 5 sets of barbell curls and 4 sets of calf raises. Finished the workout with 13 minutes on the treadmill using HIIT method. Definitely wasn't my best workout, but I guess we all have these kinds of days. Drinking my pwo shake then slamming some cottage cheese and fish oil and passing out. I'm mentally and physically exhausted. mad.gif

Youre lucky to be able to do that on a friday. I can't even pull myself to workout tonight. Instead had a beer and an unhealthy meal. Good for you. I cant wait til i start some new products, which will motivate me to eat a ton cleaner and lift more.

Popped a tablet early this morning to get my day started. Got my meals in but was stressed out tonight over personal issues and forgot to take another tablet. I decided to go to the gym last minute to try and blow some steam off. Ended up hitting db flat bench, cable cross overs, dips, bb shoulder press, db laterals, cable upright rights, reverse peck deck, leg extensions and 10 minutes of cardio. Had good strength and energy throughout my workout, just wish I would have remembered to pop another tablet on the way out the door tonight.

Woke up this morning had a protein shake, yogurt with oats, and then had a bowl of oatmeal. Waited an hour then popped 1 1/2 tablets and headed to the gym 10 minutes later. Just that extra half seemed to pump me up that much more. Two was too much for me, but 1 1/2 seemed to work great with no side effects. I hit front squats, db rows, lat pulldowns, Reverse bb curls, db shrugs and 10 minutes of cardio. Overall had a great workout and still have great energy after 6 hours with no crash like feeling.

Chris,

You notice any change in body comp or anything of the sort? I'd like to know if you look/feel leaner.

Definitely feel and look leaner. I think the combo of E-911, a good diet and cardio together has helped with this. I am planning on posting a few pictures along the way so you guys can tell how I look as well. The energy that E-911 gives is unlike any other pre workout supplement I have used. I don't buy into all the supplement hype. I'm the guy that sticks with the basics creatine and whey. Saying this, E-911 has definitely proved itself as a supplement that DOES work.

Current weight is 210lbs.

Popped only 1 tablet before training since I had a cup of coffee about an hour before hand. I hit incline and decline barbell, db incline skulls, and pressdowns. Followed this up with 10 minutes of cardio. Overall energy level was great tonight. I have not lost any weight since starting E-911 but I have cleaned up my diet a lot. I'm getting stronger too, which is a plus.

Went to the gym around 8:30pm. Forgot to pop my tablet of E-911 and began my training dragging ass. Had my girl go home and grab the bottle. Luckily the gym is in front of my house tongue.gif . Popped one tablet and within 5 minutes I stopped yawning and felt much more focused. My workout consisted of good mornings, pull ups, BB rows, BB curls, DB hammers, calf raises and 10 minutes of cardio. Snapped a quick picture during my workout. Camera phone blurs out detail. Or maybe I just don't have much detail! sad.gif

Popped a tablet upon waking up this morning. Took another right before training at 530. I hit the chest machine (flat and incline) decline db flys, BB shoulder press, BB upright rows, reverse peck deck and leg extensions. Had a great pump tonight and strength and energy levels were crazy.

My girlfriend pointed that out too. She was like has anyone pointed that out yet? I got that at the Arnold last year. But really I do like this site. I spend too much time on it.

I popped two tablets before working out at 8:30 tonight. I hit front squats, back squats, hack squats, leg press and leg extensions. Overall energy was okay. I didn't get enough sleep last night and it effected my whole day. I guess it happens to everyone. Hitting one body part per day this week to switch up my routine and will go back to push/pull routine next week.
