Things are going good, increase of water intake helped the lower back. Weekend should be a fun workout being a rep workout if I can hold back from the heavy weights.

Taurine + Increased water intake will always help with back pumps or cramp like issues. Additionally...The ONE made me feel like a black hole when it came to eating to. Try Taking NeoVar Recomped and The ONE together before a cheat meal sometime...I did before having some Chicago Style Deep Dish pizza and man I not only smoked the pizza, but I felt pumped as all hell. Good times.

Cheers to ya Ben!

Nice SMS, I too have noticed about 1/2 hour to an hour after eating my muscles are fuller.

Well I'm up to 215lbs, things are going great. Getting alot of compliments about looking alot bigger in the past few weeks at work!

Was kind of pressed for time this week on workouts so I didn't really go for more weight but still repped out what I did the last time no problem.

The guys at work actually measured my bicep this morning and without a pump I'm at 18 3/4", so with a pump I think I could easily add an inch since the pumps are so intense. The line separating my upper chest muscle is alot more defined and upper chest is fuller.

Well next week is pretty much my final week. So far I'm impressed with it, its definitely not as insane feeling as Phera-Max on strength gains but with that its not as harsh with headaches and feeling strong but feeling sick. As you can see the strength is there just not as extreme. The weight gain is definitely cleaner and I feel great, my muscles feel awesome when I flex and they are alot harder. Pumps come on fast and last a long time, even a couple days after a workout my muscles are on point. All my clothes are back to being tight. And I can still have sex and blow some nice loads! So shutdown is nowhere near Phera and others. Oh and a new monster Avy!!

I agree with the statement Applied makes that if you can't grow on this stuff find a new hobby. I have no idea how you could mess up a cycle of this stuff unless you aren't training and eating like you should to gain. At that point its pointless to keep training! Take a month of serious life as a bodybuilder and gain, its as simple as that....if you can still get your hands on The One.

I'll still make updates when I can...and plan to keep going through 2nd Gear.

I wouldn't be so quick to make such a bold statement...using saw palmetto and/or an antibiotic would render theONE completely ineffective remember doogs?

Yeah, I remember that but we also asked to have testers state any prescription drugs and all supplements, and to cease other hormonal supps. I don't know all the science behind what mixes with what otherwise I would have warned him. But yeah that definitely sucked.

I can help you out with the scientific explanation stuff bud...check out our bustin broscience article #3 on our website. Unfortunately my rough draft copy was used, but regardless my article addresses a lot of solid information. Anyway...one last tip...the best answer to use for what not to use when using the ONE...5 alpha reductase inhibitors (examples: saw palmetto, pumpkin seed oil, beta sistosterol, finasteride, dutasteride, etc.). They are fine to use during PCT, but not on cycle.

Thanks Sean. I'm loving being back in Big Ben mode!!! Impressive stuff The One!

Well I'm on PCT right now, running:
2nd Gear (estro control)
IGF-2 (boost test)
Drive (boost test/estro control)
RPM (extra edge in my workouts)
Bio-Mend (Liver repair/immune system boost)

Well I'm still gaining...my daughter was sick over the weekend and yesterday I fell asleep before my workout. Today has been hell, I'm pretty sure I caught a touch of it. But I'm pumped to lift.

Flat Bench:

135x15 (joints ached probably from fighting illness)
225x10
275x12 (said fuck it I wanna see where my strength is!)
275x10 (no spot so I stopped at 10 feeling my chest really tightening)
275x12 (alittle bit of time inbetween to start this post)
315x6
355x3!!! Fuck Yes!

Well on to inclines!

Okay I lied one more set of 315x5!!!

One thing I wanna add is I never went over 3 pills a day. This stuff is more gradual in its effects than Phera or Superdrol.

Never once did my nips have like a tenderness or burn. Once that shit happened on the other two I ran a single dose of E-form just to be sure!

Oh, and DPS still had stock if u are lucky.

Good stuff, now back to work. tongue.gif

Does anyone know if 2nd gear will cause liver enzymes to spike?

I'm just curious, because I took some bloodwork about 4 weeks into PCT everything came back normal...test was slightly elevated, but what worried me was that my liver function tests came back really high...

AST was 59 normal is 5-40
ALT was 35 normal is 10-40.

My PCT was HCG + 2nd gear.

I can't imagine that HCG would cause my liver to work extra hard...I suspect it was 2nd gear...

Anyways...I'll be back in the lab next week for some more bllodwork hopefully values are back to normal.

There's nothing there that I have heard of having this effect. I'll check for you though!

Haha, you know how I do Vitruvian!! I don't get like this lifting safely!!! I don't lift like that when I have my daughter sleeping upstairs! But I knew I could do it, had I any doubts I wouldn't chance it.

Well 2nd week of PCT almost done and I'm still raging through workouts, I didn't improve this week but my workouts have been later since the days are shorter and outside chores are calling before the sunsets.

I'm only running 2nd Gear and no problems, except for the fact I'm a raging hardon!!! I swear to god I'm sitting at my desk at work and cannot get up to get some food from the fridge the other day since I was apparently in a good mood though I'm doing boring work.

Not a bad thing though, its a good break from work!!! Haha!

Besides my gf likes it, and my fuller muscles!!

I did up my Drive the other day thinking things have been going good, and learned quickly 2 pills at a time is still my limit!

Well I gotta get back to it. Hope everyone is doing good.

PF- I wouldn't think the Liver values would be from 2nd Gear either, atleast in my opinion it shouldn't. Vinster will probably talk to Dirk on this one though I'll check back and if no answer I'll get ahold of our chemist.

The values aren't really that high....but they are def'n elevated. Im just wondering if it might have caused them to increase...I was also using clomid at the time, and further reading suggests that clomid is slightly liver toxic...

Thanks for looking into it though...I appreciate it. Had blood drawn on wed...still waiting on resutls. Been off PCT for nearly 50 days now...so levels should be back to baseline...I hope haha.

Potetiallyfatal,

Man.... i plain old forgot to get back to you. Did I read somewhere that you were also using Clomid during this test that showed elevated liver values? If so, This would most likely be the culprit.... Bromo can affect HDL/LDL ratios a little, but not much more.
