 day 8 9/28 well yesterday was sunday and i didnt take any tabs. i didnt feel the need. woke up today around 9am. first things first, popped a tab. guzzled down some water and aminos, hit the treadmill for 30 min. i woke up pretty out of it this morn but well rested. kind of just that foggy morning glaze. so the tab this morning really help get my mind awake and alert for the start of the day. feelin good still right now. def have energy and mental clearness. its bout noon. gonna go eat then hit the gym later on around 4-5pm. tweaked my lower back and its bad, so not sure what ill be able to do. sucks ass.

 4pm popped 2 tabs about 30 min before i got to the gym. i didnt feel tired or anything but i was a little foggy , and that cleared right up. had a good workout for havin a jacked up lower back. hit chest n Bi's today. i had plenty of fuel throughout the whole workout, and after lifting, i ran a quick 7 min mile, still had energy . i still fill like i have plenty of energy about an hour after lifting. i think im always going to take 2 tabs before workouts instead of 1. it makes a big difference when taking 2 and it still doesnt give any jitters, anxiety , come down, etc... i have noticed sometimes after taking 2 tabs, couple hours later a slight head ache comes about, but that usually happens when caffeine wears off, so no biggie

 day 9 9/29 had a light sleep last night, so when my alarm went off this morn i smacked it off and ended up goin back to sleep into REM mode hardcore for about an hour. so when i finally crawled outta bed i felt like i had just smoked a bowl. i needed to wake the hell up. so , popped a tab , chugged down 40gs of protein and by that time i could already feel it workin. somethin i noticed is if you drink water or anything after dissolving one of these tabs, its just like after you brush your teeth, it feels almost like raw, like winter cold air when you drink somethin, which im guessing is just from the strong mint or whatever is in it. hit the treadmill for 30min right after consumption. had great energy once again. wanted to keep goin longer but my lower back has been injured and i dont want to over do anything, ive been walkin around the last couple days with a lifting belt under my shirt today is an off day for the gym so not too sure if ill take another tab, but ill update later on today.

 day 9 9/30 well woke up today with plenty of sleep , around 8-9 hours. i swear i have mono i could sleep 13 hours eZ. but anyways, upon wakin up pounded some protein, popped a tab, and waited for about 20 min today until hittin cardio. i wanted to see how much i feel it without gettin the boost from cardio, if that makes sense. only did 25 min of cardio today, i just didnt feel like goin longer, i had plenty of energy, but sometimes cardio gets old. after cardio was done , im still feelin good and awake for the day. no gym today again, because my lower back is STILL messed up. i hate injuries damnit. so may or may not take another tab, ill see how i feel in a few hours.

 day 11 10/1 this morning i only had 1/2 a tab before cardio because i wanted to pop 2 tabs before my workout later today cause i needed it. as i stated i messed up my lower back, but today it felt so much better, so i decided to hit the gym for a light workout. wore a belt the whole time under my shirt for stability, and it def helped. hit upper back and Tri's with some slight cardio after. bout and hour after now and i still feel amped up. ha i might go run some more cause i didnt use all my energy i got outta the 2 tabs. tomorrow ill prolly take one in the A.M. and then later on at night around 8-9pm

 day 12 10/2 woke up fresh today. one of the best sleeps ive had in a while without takin any sleep aid. guzzled some protein and popped a tab of da E911. while i do my morning cardio,i always watch the news-seems to help the time go by faster. i hit cardio for quick 25 min, but during my first 5 min my tab hadnt dissolved all the way lol and i didnt even pay attention , so throughout the whole sesh i was gettin tons of energy. im still amped right now. awake thats for sure. i really like how i can just take this whenever and get that energy im lookin for. cool stuff. update on my weight- im about 184 today still atleast 10lbs down from when i started but my weight changes on a daily basis

 day 17 10/7 got about 8 hours sleep last night. so i felt well rested upon waking up this morning. today i wanted to try somethin new, only takin 1/2 tab before cardio instead of 1 whole and the reason i wanted to try that is morning cardio wakes you up and gives you energy as is so wanted to see if i feel it less or the same. well after 25 min straight cardio i felt really good. i think i had the same energy as usual , just like takin 1 tab. so i think im gonna do 1/2 tab in the morning before cardio but if i dont do cardio, then ill take 1 whole tab this will be better because i usually take 2 tabs now before workouts and i know the serving size is 3 tabs daily, i dont like puttin too much caffeine in my body daily. i have also noticed i am very more leaner. better cuts in the delts, abs coming through better. legs have good def. now so im happy bout that. i think the E-911 has been helping because even though i am dieting and eatin very clean, i am carb cycling so i do binge on carbs and what not on saturday/sunday. ill prolly pop some more later before lifting, got legs today...

 later today... around 5:30pm decided to hit the gym so popped a tab and 1/2 -30 minutes before hand. was feeling ok but didnt think it hit me yet. go on the bike for 5 min and after that i felt it for sure. hit back and Bi's. did back really well today, was feelin good so i did a lot of extra sets which felt amazing, very nice pump goin on. sucks though cause i hit back so hard, i felt dead to do Bi's, but still hit em. id say my fav exercise for Bi's is simple preacher curl, for me it hits em hard. no cardio after cause like i said my legs are sore as hell, still have plenty of energy and its bout 9pm here. prolly hit the bed round 12. thought- im really thinkin that with any slight cardio while taking this supp, amplifies it, or makes it seem to work stronger and better. might just be me but i love it with a little cardio, even if it were 10 min on the bike or treadmill, whatever else, it helps...
